Quality of dresses are excellent. Sizes of dresses can be a little snug on the fitted styles. Deliveries using the Post Office are not very quick.

Really pleased with dress. The shorter length for the midi dress is perfect for me. I am 5ft 5in. The regular midi is too long. Love this dress.

Better still, it looks exactly like the sales photo, fits well and carries a correct fabric composition sew-in label. By no means all dresses bought online do that. Dreadful company to deal with
Dreadful company to deal with. A Rixo dress was returned to them due to a post office error where the cashier mixed up labels. Trying to get my Rixo dress back from them is proving to be a nightmare and they have made it as awkward as possible despite me paying £3.95 to get the order posted back to me. They have even threatened to dispose of the item within 5 working days. Rixo were fantastic to deal with and returned the Finery dress to me immediately and it arrived the following day.

I received delivery of my item on the 13.8.26, the box in which my dress should of been in was empty. I contacted Finery on the same day as requested by E-mail with pictures of the undamaged box and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me with an explanation. I will not be buying from this company again.
