Great wine and great label
I ordered wine from you primarily because of your labels. My friend has retired to Albuquerque, NM where hot air balloons are a daily encounter. She has also started volunteering at the Anderson-Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum. I recently visited and wanted to find something appropriate as a gift. She and her husband drink Chardonnay and I searched for wine with balloons on the label. Low and behold, I found The Seeker on your website. I took a chance and sent some to them before I arrived. We truly enjoyed it during my visit and I'm sure they will be ordering some additional bottles to enjoy as they watch the balloons float by from their back patio.

I was sent a case of wrong juice
Edited from a 1 Star to 3 Stars. After receiving the correct shipment and Wine ! In all fairness, I did get someone on the phone 2 weeks ago, to say my shipment was wrong. And she emailed a UPS return label to me for my return, and also my new package was sent pretty quickly. So mistakes happen and they were addressed as fast as expected these days. * I was sent a case of wrong juice, got 19 Criminals Snoop D00g instead of KIJAFA . This delayed me with correct Case of purchase by over 1 week . I did get a Return Label for UPS to return the other . No big deal, just a Hassle. Got lucky my UPS Hub is only 2 miles. But the Line inside is usually 1/4 long of Amazon Returns.

WINE NOT RECEIVED - NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS
Ordered 4 cases of wine about three weeks ago and have not received it. I have sent two emails and made 4 phone calls. Not heard a word from FINEWINEHOUSE. My next step is to turn the issue over to my Navy Federal Credit Union VISA account.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DON'T USE.
