I’m absolutely astounded as to how fantastic the service is! Completely exceeded expectations! The mechanism in the handle on my washing machine broke with clothes still in there. Ismael came to the house in SW4 in around 2 hours. He had the clothes out and the mechanism fixed within 30 mins after we failed watching every YouTube video under the sun. We were expecting to have to pay for parts and call him back, but he fixed everything on the spot! It’s also worth noting that Ismael is a lovely man, and felt very comfortable having him in our home! Highly, highly recommended!!

Ismael was extremely helpful at every stage. He was reluctant to charge and refunded half his charge when he determined the repair would be uneconomical.
His company installed my new machine quickly and efficiently. When I experinced an electrical fault following installation, the engineer was at hand with useful advice and kept in touch until the matter was resolved and the new machine fully functional. Very competant and honest firm. Highly reccomended.

My washer dryer stoped drying clothes, I called Ismael and he came the next day and solved my issue. I recommend this company to anyone with pb with their machine.

Ismael detected that our leaking washing machine was due not to a defective seal but that the seal was dislodged. He refitted it and did various tests to ensure proper working. Five star service

This is the second time I have used this repair company and they are fantastic. They arrive promptly, get the problem sorted in no time and don't try and charge you for things you don't need. Excellent value. Can't recommend enough.

I booked the same day service due to the amazing reviews I saw, but it was probably the worst service I’ve ever received from a company. Engineer arrived very late, was rude throughout the whole time and was in a rush to go. The problem wasn’t fixed and I wasted £109. I don’t recommend this company at all. I doubt the reviews are authentic.
