I had multiple questions
I had multiple questions, and multiple changes I needed to make to my accounts at First Tech, Raymond helped me with every single question and change; he made suggestions to help me understand and benefit from changes to my accounts. He was also extremely patient as I explained several complicated questions and concerns and he helped me with all the changes I needed to make.

I have been "involved" with this credit…
I have been "involved" with this credit union since January when they allowed a fraudulent account open in my name( I live in Florida). I have since been sent many letters saying I still owed them...the 16th I got a letter admitting it was a fraudulent account and today I received a call from a collections bureau to get the amount "owed" all on same day... 16th. This is a nightmare for me. I am in my 70's and have never had this happen. Perhaps they are not as diligent as they should be in getting accounts open. Very frustrating.
March 29 2023 Update: I got 2 letters from the same collections agency as before with two different amounts asking me again to call to arrange payment etc......well I called First Tech AGAIN and they assured me it was just a mistake.... should not have gone out. And apologized... Well even I knew that it should not have been sent.. but still they arrived and still, I was upset again. I just have no idea how this all happens. And your "review" won't let me change to the new date of the mistake!
