FitKit kept me up to date all the time and worked hard to deliver my equipment as soon as possible.

The installation specialists were friendly, professional and helpful. They went out of their way to install my equipment and get it up and running

Extremely poor service. Rang the company and bought two plates of the sales lady at a reasonable cost. Waiting for them to arrive and then they email me two days latter saying we want more money, I decided to refuse and ask for a refund. I think that says it all about this company.
Beware of hidden costs and lies on the phone.

It has taken me a while to write this review, mainly because I wanted it to be honest for others and fair to the sellers. Purchased in March.
This is a used item so don't be upset when it arrives not looking brand spanking new! If I have a niggle it is that I can't change the pedals as so tight and there are some rusty spots but they don't affect the bike's performance.
That said I have now completed many workouts of varying length and power and have to say I'm not disappointed. I still visit the gym to use the Keiser spin bike but love that have one at home to keep up my activity when work and time are short. The customer service was excellent too. I think you'll be happy if you want and able to purchase this product.

The company's products have been made to a very high standard, and they look good, too! Delivery is fast and efficient.

We ordered a used Star Trac cross trainer from Fitkit. We expected it, as described to arrive in very used condition. There was a delay in delivery, but this was due to the haulage company and not Fitkit, who at least informed me straight away of the delay. When it did arrive on a pallet, the machine was in exceptionally good and clean condition. There was a washer and bolt missing from one of the pedals, but it was really good to see that Shaf at Fitkit dealt with this professionally and the parts arrived by tracked post just a few days later. The machine itself is commercial quality and would easily beat any similar priced new cross trainer today for quality and performance. Thank you.

The Order exceeded expectations, in terms of quality as was pre-used and the after service has been great too.

Exceptional service - got a call after i purchased to personally schedule delivery - the guys who delivered went above and beyond to help me get it where i needed it. 100% will use again. Product was used but in great condition.

Loved dealing with this company, the goods were very reasonably priced and arrived promptly. They were packed well and perfect for me.

The item was just as described. Used gym equipment, but still in 100% usable condition. Would definitely buy from here again in the future

Fitkit were brilliant. They are very knowledgeable and advised me on the best equipment to buy and even had a better suggestion based on my preferences. The product was large and heavy and they were quick to organise the delivery straight away and the service was excellent. I will certainly recommend Fitkit to friends and family

Great quality exercise machine, carefully delivered and in great used condition. Will buy more stuff from these guys.

Great service from FitKit, who delivered and installed my Life Fitness IC4 spin bike on time and cleared up afterwards. I'll definitely use them for any future kit that I need. Great company and nice lads.

Avoid this company! Brought 2 machines from them and they were not fit for purpose so wanted to return.

Items were returned and the retailer stated that there were a few missing screws and based on this they wouldn't be refunding me.

Expecting to try make a resolution with them, I said I'd happily try to find what was missing and return it to them promptly, and if I couldn't, I could buy the replacement screws or they could deduct the missing screws from my refund amount.

The answer I got? Nothing! Simply 'come collect your items'

If your looking to buy used gym equipment, I'd advise Equip4gyms! They don't over inflate their prices and haven't got terrible customer service!!!

The items I brought were worth over 3k, and based on a few missing screws which this retailer probably could replace without breaking a sweat, they are rejecting my claim for a refund!

You'd expect a retailer to want to come to a resolution with a customer but not here!

Absolutely shocking disgusting treatment.

Please be aware if you ever need to return an item this company will move heaven and earth to try make any excuse they can under the sun to not give your money back!

Avoid avoid avoid. Delivery took longer than it was supposed to. It was left on the doorstep in the rain. The stairmaster is noisy. They wont let me return it even though I asked to cancel the order prior to them delivering it and they just assured me it would be delivered within days. It wasn't and I didn't want it yet they wouldn't listen when I requested for the order to be cancelled. I didn't know my rights and should have insisted they cancel it. They also told me they'd ring me back several times and never did. Infuriating.

Fast delivery, equipment in perfect condition. Great company, will use for any new equipment I buy from now.

Great dumbbells at a great price!
Delivery within 2 days to aberdeenshire which is quite rare for only £50.
Would recommend 100% based on my purchase.

The lads were great, helpful and professional!
