Arrived before delivery date, good service

Ordered some 50kg ziva dumbells black Friday, received a call from local depot saying they had the pallet ready Tuesday and arrived the next morning. Money well spent and a decent service

Recently purchased 2 bar bell sets (with plates) for friend and myself. Great service, goods delivered within 48 hrs and I was even contacted with advice re a better product for less money! Win-win.. safely packaged, arrived as promised and no issues.

I purchased a life cycle from this company back in 10/02/2021 at a cost of £7,200.
An hour after their engineer assembled it I had
To call them back out as they didn’t assemble the crank arm correctly.

After a couple of weeks of use the bike failed to boot up
,reported to fit kit uk an engineer was booked to call via life fitness the visit failed as
Engineer
Could not fix the issue.
So another attempt a couple of weeks later also failed as wrong part was ordered…..
Life fitness agreed to replace the bike as they couldn’t address the fault.
Not Two months after install of new bike it fails again with same problems.
This company fitkit.uk refuses to reckonise the consumer act 1974.
My bike as now had 5 repairs.if it failed again its small claims for sure!
Purchase elsewhere if I were you.

The bike is not fit for purpose,they informed me that they will not collect or refund the money…..
I have been in contact with trading standards and I’m currently waiting for a mediation third party to try and help ,other
wise I will be submitting a small claims against the company fit kit uk….
Really poor attitude from this company that’s all they want is your hard earned money….

I bought a pair of s/h Jordan dumbbells from fitkit, 8kg each. They looked well worn, but they are s/h! They were at a good price. They were packaged very securely. The delivery worked smoothly (unlike SportsDirect!). Thanks FitKit! Good people!

Great service and fast delivery for my new gym setup!

We have taken delivery of a running machine today. This was a really efficient service.

Having spent the majority of lockdown searching for a home body pump bar (with 3 orders cancelled by 3 separate companies) I found the Jordan Fitness Ignite studio barbell set.

Whilst reading reviews with a lot of companies I remained sceptical that anyone was going to manage to deliver.

Fitkit have been amazing from start to finish, prompt email notification of the purchase, follow up mail with delivery expectation and despite some poor weather arrived in time!

Product itself, I cannot recommend more. Robust bar, weights great for bar or hand use and exactly what I wanted. Grips need a little play to ease them off initially but loosen up quickly.

Product, company and delivery get a 10/10 from me. And I can finally get a decent Body Pump session in at home. Delighted customer!
