Fitness Superstore Reviews

Fitness Superstore, Inc. was a great company to work with regarding my sauna purchase. They were quick to respond with answers to any questions I had, and ensured that the product was delivered and assembled as expected. I definitely recommend this company if they have what you're looking for.

I received the products in a timely manner and they were exactly what I needed. They were easy to add to my existing power rack and are very high quality.

During the pandemic, fitness gear was hard to find. I managed to locate the equipment I was looking for (Body-Solid GLGS100 Corner Leverage Gym) at fitnesssuperstore.com in the U.S. Ordered and delivered to Canada in less than 2 weeks, and setup within a couple of hours in my home gym. Highly recommend.

They had what I needed when I could not find it elsewhere...and shipped on time, thanks!

Everything went as expected. Equipment is just what we wanted and the service was great. They communicated for delivery well too.

Everything arrived in great condition and very timely manner. Quicker than expected! Dropped comms on our end and I eventually found the delivery had already been received.

Great experience. The truck arrived when they said it would, two strong guys pulled the crate out and commenced to set up my recumbent bike in the room I selected. Great service!

I received my equipment in great condition. Was not complicated to assemble, everything included, even instructions. The color is beautiful and rivals what you would find in any commercial gym. Great customer service and will definitely be ordering from this company again.

The delivery was quick and easy and I am very impressed by the fast delivery and hasslefree support. My suggestion would be to take their white glove support since the equipments are heavy and need to be setup

Great and friendly customer service, equipment arrived on schedule and as described. I would buy from them again.

I am very please with my new cable crossover I took a year to do some research on this piece of equipment many I found were unstable and moved around to much but the cable crossover machine I bought from the Fitness Superstore is truly commercial grade as advertised this thing is solid, smooth and comes with 265lb weight stack on each side!!! I've been very please so far with the performance of the remanufactured unit - it looks brand new. I also want to commend the installation team that had to partially take apart the unit to fit through a narrow doorway and then perfectly reassembled the unit

Excellent service. Great team.
