I had a problem with a withdrawal, I message them about the problem and within minutes it was sorted.

I made an account on the 24/09, deposited in £10's ,£40 all together and on the slots I'd chosen to play had a good few spins. I won £211 then the site went down for maintenance, I withdrew my winnings this morning at 9 and have been told by customer services it should be processed within 24hrs, so I will update once I've received my winnings with withdrawal time and how long it takes, so far I'm happy with the site and the process. STAY FAR AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I made an account with them last night. Upon making my account I was given 50 free spins which won me $34 in cash that I could withdraw. When it comes to the withdrawals you must deposit a minimum of $20 before you can receive your funds. There are only two options for deposit. The first one would be from your bank card and the second, e-transfer. Once you click on deposit and choose e-transfer it is not immediate, there are no notifications to say that the e-transfer was a success. You must wait hours to speak to a “live agent” I messaged them from 6 am this morning and only heard back at 10 am and they did not even answer my question, I was given a vague response. When I expressed my disappointment in their site they suspended my account! With the money that I earned from my bonus, so now I cannot retrieve those funds. They are gone forever! There is no phone number to call and no chat available unless you have an account! And because my account is suspended I cannot log in! This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I want everyone to take their time and read this review and STAY FAR AWAY from this site. It will just frustrate you and waste your time! Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable site with an actual phone number if you need to speak to someone about your concerns! I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.

Received an email from an affiliate offer a free bet for existing customers. Code did not work, and when speaking to customer services and complaints they have called me a liar and have refused to honour the free bet code.

Closed my account, and this is a world away from the previous high levels of good customer service.

As an update - they’ve now advised that my account has been closed by way of “trader decision” due to this review. So you cannot raise a complaint or they will ban you.

I don’t know why is many bad reviews, I personally have a very good experience with them, I am long time gambler, I find company trustworthy, fast deposits, very fast withdrawal, there is only two company are at the same speed with them, stardust casino and piontsbet casino, the withdrawal is almost instantaneous. I only bet on live casino, so I don’t other parts of app, but I am happy with their live casino and fast withdrawal. The only thing means to a gambler is deposits and use the found right away, when take out the wining should as fast as withdrawal.
