Fix My GHDs Reviews

Excellent speedy service returned within 3 days very happy

Just when I thought I was going to have buy a new pair of GHD’s I found your website offering to fix them. Took the chance and posted them off to you. 4 days later I received my GHD’s back in full working order and for a reasonable cost too. I have another pair in the loft and they too will be posted out to you very soon. Thank you so much.

The service was excellent from ordering the repair, sending my GHDs to the company and quickly receiving them back repaired.
I sent my GHDs on Sunday and got them back repaired on the following Friday. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if the occasion arises.

My GHD Platinum Plus straighteners broke and when I contacted GHD, they weren’t interested in helping. I found this company online and they repaired them for a fraction of the price! The service was quick, easy, and efficient, and my straighteners are now working perfectly again. Couldn’t be happier – highly recommend!

I would just like to thank Fix my GHDs for their fantastic service and speed in which they repaired and returned my ghds.

When my ghds stopped working outside the warranty window, I was going to put them in the bin but….. found this company and the service is EXACTLY as advertised and I would thoroughly recommend

Quick service , kept me updated and came back working perfectly. Very impressed and highly recommended

GHD's stopped working on the 2nd day of my holiday in Corfu. Disaster for my hair. Looked up this company in Wakefield and posted them as soon as I returned home. Website easy to use and was able to track their arrival on Thursday. Today (Tuesday) received by straighteners back in full working order. Very impressed with the fast turnaround and excellent communication advising me of their repair. Would totally recommend this company.

Great service. All repaired and back with us within a few days.

After my dog has chewed the lead of my beloved 24 years old GHDs, I found Fix My GHds online and the reviews were fab. Posted it as per instructions and arrived with a new cable, fixed, after a few days. Fantastic service and very good price. Thanks so much!

Wow, now that is service that I like. The web site was easy to negotiate. The instructions to get the repair done were sufficient but not overly complicated. The repair was completed as promised and within the week I can straighten my hair again. Thank you.

Sent of my ghd on Tuesday and was fixed and I received them back by Friday. They were sent back in the original box I sent them in and packed perfectly. I would defiantly use them again.
