Fantastic service, I had no idea this service existed when my straighteners stopped working, so was delighted to find it. I had an answer within a couple of hours as to whether my GHDs could be mended, sent them off and returned within the week.
I could not recommend this company more highly.

I packed & posted as instructed & a couple of days later had a confirmation email. They we’re repaired & sent back recorded delivery within the week, Saved a lot of money in not having to buy a new set of quality straighteners. Amazing service & would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Fix My GHDs. What a fantastic service. Instead of buying a new straightener, I opted to give this service a try and I wasn't disappointed. Super easy. Pop your item in the post, they fix and it and it is back in no time. I couldn't believe how quick the service was. They work like new. I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

I'm really pleased with the service I received. My ghds suddenly wouldn't turn on, and I realised a new pair would cost me around £200. A friend told me to look at a site such as fixmyghds. I sent them off and got them back within a week, fully working. Once return postage was included, it cost me £40 in total... which is a fraction of the amount it would have cost me to replace them. Thanks very much.

My 20 plus years old GHD’s finally gave up the ghost recently- I thought they were irreparable…. I thought I would give this company a try before I ditched them, and wow! Fix My GHD's were easy to locate with one Google search, the booking process was easy to follow and my GHDs were fixed within a couple of days. The GHDs were returned much more neatly packaged and wrapped than when I sent them off and I would highly recommend using them if you are trying to avoid paying out for brand new ones. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future if needed. Thanks for saving me some money : )
