Outstanding service by Bradley and Michael. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
They helped with taking the boxes upstairs assembling the bed, and then cutting boxes down to a smaller size to enable me to take to the recycling centre. Superb service. I would use them again without hesitation.

Bradley was extremely helpful and had great customer service. He came at very short notice and himself and colleague were extremely professional. They were very Covid-19 safe and tidied at every stage. Offering to manoeuvre the finished furniture and even take my rubbish to my outside bins. I would highly recommend them and will happily use them again.

Both men took their shoes off, sanitised their hands and wore masks.

They even took my cardboard boxes to the recycling bins outside.

These guys are amazing! They have done 3 separate jobs for me now, and gone the extra mile to help each time. One was not strictly what they usually do but did it anyway and perfectly! They are lovely guys, friendly and polite and really know what they are doing. Great job! Highly recommend.

A really professional service from start to finish, from quote to booking to assembly. Bradley and Joe did a superb assembling my son's mid-sleeper bed in 2 hours, saving my husband and I hours of time and potential arguments!

Have used Flat Pack Professionals before, and again the service was excellent. The team built a mirrored wardrobe with drawers in a very tight space, as well as a shoe cabinet. They were friendly, polite and worked efficiently. Happy to recommend again!

These guys are excellent! Helped me out of a tight spot with IKEA Pax sliding doors. Very tidy, professional, also went over and above to install a mirror on the wall. 100% fully recommended and will definitely use again.

Bradley & Joe are hands down excellent at what they do! So impressed. They were so helpful in the communication in the run-up, fitted us in within record time, so knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the mass of IKEA furniture that we needed assembled, and I couldn’t believe how quickly they put units/wardrobe/shelving together and up.
