Can not recommend these guys enough from start to finish very professional did a great job and come on time
Would 100% use them again .

Like many people moving into a new house - we had a lot of flat pack furniture (56 boxes from B&Q).

And like many people, I Google'd flat pack assembly and lucky for us one of the results was Bradley and his team.

We got a lot of quotes, and also a lot of difficult people to deal with - including some that I'm really glad they don't know our address.

Bradley was the exact opposite, clear professional quote, we had a very tight install window - and he moved things around and made it work so he could help us.

And when (of course!) B&Q didn't quite get the order right, Bradley again worked out the time to see us right.

On the day, it was nothing sort of miraculous - most other assemblers were quoting 2+ days for our furniture (and pricing accordingly), Bradley with one person helping did the whole thing in 3.5hours!

And not only were they fast, the quality is exceptional - way better than any amateur could do, doors expertly adjusted, drawers aligned, handles properly fitted etc. you cannot find fault anywhere.

The house was left in immaculate condition, and Bradley clearly took real pride in showing us what he'd done.

Honestly - I cannot put into words how lucky we feel to have chosen Flat Pack Professionals, they really are that last word - super professional, super polite and we will use them for everything we can in the future.

I don't right many Trustpilot reviews, but Flat Pack Professionals deserve one - just an exceptional level of quality service which should be applauded

Bradley came promptly, was polite and he and Jo assembled our treadmill in no time at all. They also flattened the cardboard boxes ready for collection and put all the polystyrene packings in black bags. This meant that the whole process was left clean and tidy. Bradley also ran me through the process of using the treadmill which was most useful. A great team, I would highly recommend them!

Bradley and Joe arrived on time and assembled a double bed, a sofa, a dining table and chairs, a coffee table and two bedside tables efficiently and professionally. They were friendly and Flat Pack Professionals were easy to communicate with from the outset. I'd highly recommend them and would use them again.

I would highly recommend them they always do a great job , very reliable and professional, there’s no mess when the job is finished, I’ve used them a number of times now and always happy with their work ,from sliding door wardrobe, day bed , chest of drawers , bunk beds and a number of racks and shelves

Having been let down by another company, I found Flat Pack Professionals. I needed a wardrobe put together quickly.
I contacted them in the morning and they attended and set up the wardrobe within a couple of hours.
They were totally professional and courteous and the work was done to a very high standard.
I can highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Absolutely 100% happy.
