Good to deal with in regards to jetting my car, with good communication on all stages of the process. However I have had the vehicle for two weeks now and I have not received anything in regards to the fleet card. Which means I am paying for fuel and services that was included in the deal.

Rauri did a great job getting all the paper work and delivered by the time I wanted to pick up my car.
had no issues getting back to me after hrs and during the time when you had emailing down.

Jed was very helpful. I recommend fleet Choice to anyone that is looking for great service

After 12 good years previously of salary packaging with Smart Salary this present experience with Fleet Choice has been a nightmare. I am so sorry I went with Fleet Choice and not Smart Salary. After receiving my car last October they did not set up an account until about 10 weeks later, even though I had been ringing and emailing to let them know that no money was being deducted from my salary. I knew there would be a problem and I just wanted them to do their job. When they finally had the account set up they had the gall to ask for arrears that had only built up due to their tardiness. Now the arrears are growing because they still are not allocating the money that IS being taken from my salary. The arrears have built up to $3,500 and I am being told I will need to make this payment (which may get bigger due to their ineffectiveness at doing their job) at the completion of my contract. I ring customer service and hear all the right things but nothing ever happens. I have also paid out of my after tax pay $800 for my comprehensive insurance and $310 for a service and this money sits somewhere but has not been paid back to me. I have had enough of this experience and wish I had never signed up with them.

I have only received excellent service every time from FleetCoice. The star of the show has been Richmond Bawden and over the past year, he has always quick to respond to queries and very helpful. I would highly recommend using their services.

I have always been happy with my lease, there was a great effort to turnaround quickly, very responsive to emails etc.

Recently I had a serious issue caused by an admin error at FleetChoice. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy.

However their representative, Kellie, took personal responsibility and handled the issue to a swift and very satisfactory resolution.

It is easy to be good when everything is running smoothly, it is essential when there are errors.
