After the landlord's acceptance of my application, it comes to the stages of Paying Holding Deposit, Referencing, etc. FleetMilne works with Settio, and I could fill in data, and submit documents on the net platform. The step by step instructions are clear. But there are still occations that I'm not certain about the requirements. I guess that the practice and procedure here are very different from that of my hometown.
Luckily, Corey and his team of FleetMilne, work coherently with Matt from Settio, and Nikita. They provide me with support and explanation. I don't feel alone.
Really, really thanks to them.

Rented an apartment through Yousaf Muhammad. He gave a great level of service through the process and on a couple of occasions went above and beyond to help make it all happen at speed. Happy to recommend.

I have previously used FleetMile for finding a rental property two separate times, and in both cases my experience was superb. Their professionalism and was evident throughout the process. The team I interacted with were attentive and always responded quickly to any problems I had. The communication and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process easy, and unlike a lot of other letting agencies they don't hit you with ridiculous deposit claims at the end of the tenancy. I highly recommend FleetMilne for their exemplary service.

Absolutely fantastic service so profesional, efficient and professional. Ariane and Jodi have been fantastic. Nothing was too much for Fleetmilne I have had issues with other companies due to their poor administrative and social skills however Fleetmilne blew me away. All academic or professionals should use this service as it is the best!

The property manager is a great person, she helped me throughout the entire process of the check out.

All this company want is your money without a care for anything else.

As previous posts have mentioned they will try anything to hold on and keep your deposit. I had multiple issues when I rented through them. The only lift in are building was broke for months on end. Anyone living above floor 1 struggled each day to climb the stairs on the other floors. Mothers with thier children, Tennants with heavy weekly food shopping all struggling to get up these flights of stairs for months.

Each time they were contacted the responce was a vauge "Engineer has been called". Nothing else.

If you have any issues or concerns forget it. The only time and I mean ONLY time you will get good service and great welcome and the whole front customer service is the beginning. After that you can say goodbye.

There is no aftercare with this company what so ever.
Always on the landlords side regardless of what your needs or interest is. There is so so many things more I'd love to share on my experience but I dont have the actual energy. I do say this though PLEASE think.. before you sign on that dotted line remember these key things.

* No aftercare at all.
* Only want your money.
* They will do everything within there power to make sure you never see your deposit again.

Dont be that person that reads this review and still goes ahead with them and then goes, "You know what, I should of taken that advice".

The office employees were truly helpful and kind individuals. They assisted us in many matters.

I had great experience with the sales team but once I became a tenant the experience was not that great. It moved from a personal ‘adult’ to ‘adult’ communication to a transactional ‘we or ‘the landlord’ is telling you’ one sided communication. This was very disappointing to see and experience. Here’s an example, when I gave my notice to leave, I got emails and texts to let me know a viewing was taking place in my flat. It was not a question to enquire if the time was suitable for me as the actual tenant but just a confirmation of what will take place. I had rented from private landlords before where you deal with them directly and it has never been this ‘one sided’ of an approach as I experienced with Fleetmilne.

I was welcomed by someone soft nice and friendly from your estate agents. The company has nice affordable properties in unbelievable locations. We went through the options and possible adjustments or cost compromises which was a revelation to me. It's just Fantastic and make my day, cancelled my doubts nightmares and fears.

We just moved into new apartment and Yousaf at FleetMilne made it happen. They are professional and it was absolutely wonderful to work with Fleetmilne specially Yousaf and Jodi made it very easy for us from viewing to all the documentation process. The process was quick and understandable. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend. Thank you to the team!

I don’t usually take time out to write reviews, but Yousaf was a great letting agent and was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process of us securing our desired property. He had a great balance between being professional and also having a great personality.

The overall experience was fast, communication with the agent was good and Fleetmilne overall have high quality properties on offer and won’t just try to sell you anything.

Clear communication, great service and overall a pleasant journey. Specific shout out to Ariane Barrett for providing great support regarding viewing and the overall application relating to rental of a property. Frequent follow up calls and emails were sent in a prompt manner which ensured that there were no delays regarding paperwork and what was required for the property.
Always on time and clear communication threads made this journey much more pleasant.
Overall it was a great and pleasant experience in securing a property, the best I had so far :-)
