I rent a property in the city centre with Fleet Milne. The experience has been great so far, with the staff being helpful and responsive, especially Nicola who went above and beyond to help after a “snapped key in lock” incident.

Fleet Milne have managed my rental property in the City Centre over the past three years. The experience has always been fantastic, right from the start the staff are friendly and attentive, and very helpful. Initially it was the first time I had put a property on the rental market and they made the whole experience very comfortable and easy.

Recently used FleetMilne to rent an apartment in Birmingham City Centre and it's been a seamless experience. From initial enquiry to getting the keys, I've had constant communication and updates.

We have recently handed the property we rented back to Fleetmilne, the process took a little longer than we expected as there was some confusion regarding the status of the property when we moved in (there was no deep clean due to the first lockdown). Once this had been sorted our deposit was paid promptly and in full. All the staff have been courteous & helpful. I would recommend this company to any prospective renters out there. A big thankyou to all the staff.

Great service from these guys, they dealt with letting out my property much faster and smoother than expected, I thought I'd be waiting months during this pandemic, but with these guys it was so fast.

Super helpful and friendly team. Everyone I've spoken to has been very personable and really nice. They always do their best to resolve any issues and are always quick at replying and getting back to you when you need.

I've previously worked with both the sales and lettings teams at Fleet Milne, most recently for the sale of my two bed apartment. The sale was successfully managed by Alex, who resolved a number of issues and managed to source a buyer during the national lockdown. A great effort given the circumstances.
