I have booked with The Flight Centre Horsham before and the customer service has always been excellent. Caitlin was friendly, professional and extremely patient as I couldn't make up my mind over seat allocation! The other team members chipped in with helpful advice. A great experience and one I hope to repeat in the future. Thank you.

Scarlett was very helpful and clearly knows her stuff. Humans are so much better than computers.

From when I walked through the door I was met with a very friendly and happy face. Which belonged to Frankie Edwards, she really was helpful and knowledgeable especially as I did not have exact details to give her! However she did go the extra mile and gave me quite a few options which then between us managed to get me the perfect flights, I could not be happier

We were recommended to speak to Scarlett from Flight Centre to help with our American road trip. Scarlett could not have been more helpful in helping us plan flights, accommodation, car hire, day trips and even extra requests like additional baggage. Everything we needed she took care of it for us and made our trip of a lifetime so so special. She kept us updated on anything that we needed to do and even emailed us updates while we were on our holiday ref our day trips and flights home. Rachel was patient, thorough and aded value - I travel regularly and like many of us regularly use and am happy for many journeys with online engines BUT this is / was a mutli stage ticket to many locations with some additional luggage considerations... Rachel went the extra mile and helped make it all seamless. Knowledge + a person +tech is defo better than just tech alone!

Another great experience with flight centre. Rachel was extremely helpful and very patient as I worked out with her the itinerary to suit us. I made several changes and Rachel responded promptly to my emails and telephone calls. I would not hesitate to recommend flight centre.

Right from the start Michelle was incredibly helpful and made some great suggestions to help make our trip exactly what we wanted. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions I had, even the silly ones and was still availble with advice while we were away on the trip.
