Hannah worked really hard to search for a great deal for us to fly to Australia at a very busy and expensive time of year, which included a free overnight stay! I have used flight centre for all my flights to Australia and always recommend them to friends and family. The consultants seem to really listen to your needs and seek out the best deals.

Our 3rd booking with the brilliant Hannah Holzer and this was definitely one of the best trips we’ve been on. We travelled on a tour of Sri Lanka and then added on The Maldives to celebrate our 25th anniversary and Hannnah made sure it was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble and communication with her was always prompt and thorough. Fantastic job, Hannah - will start saving for the next time!

My wife and I had decided to take a trip to Thailand but didn’t want to follow a set package. We wanted to travel extensively around Thailand primarily using flights to transfer between locations. Once I had established where we wanted to go and approximate price I was prepared to pay, I contacted Sacha at the RIchmond branch. Her knowledge and professionalism was excellent and she was able to build our trip given our set of parameters. This included flights, hotels, taxis and one or two excursions. Our preliminary itinerary arrived extremely quickly and then formed the basis for the fine tuning. I actually priced hotels and flights myself and found that the price I had been quoted was very competitive.
From the time of booking up until the day before our departure, Sacha was in touch making sure that we were happy with the arrangements.
Usually when you set off on your trip it’s the end of your association with the travel agent. For us however disaster struck on our way to the airport when as a result of a lorry fire the M3 was closed and we were stranded for over three hours. We missed our flight but Sacha was the calmness we needed during what was a very stressful period. Happily and despite the short notice she was able to re arrange our flights for later that day. In total we lost only twelve hours of our holiday.
From that moment onward the holiday went without a hitch. Everything was as expected; hotels were of a good quality and matched their descriptions. Transfers and flights were effortless.
On arriving home I received as ‘welcome home’ message from Sacha which I felt was a nice touch.
We will be planning a family trip to New Zealand next year and will be looking to Sacha once again.

Iris has thoughtfully arranged our trips to New Zealand to visit family and friends on several occasions now and always manages a seemingly effortless selection of flights based on information provided. We thoroughly recommend The Swissotel Stamford in Singapore for a stay over, including their driver pick up and delivery from Changi airport. Thanks Flight Centre!

We needed to book a number of flights for 6 people. Flight Centre was able to book them all and provide ABTA cover for the package. When the flight times changed we received an update and just before we our flight from the Uk they contacted us to check we were happy and asking if we needed anything. An all round good service.

Flight Centre Richmond staff is always friendly helpful and efficient. This time booking our flights to Berlin was what we now expect: a quick, painless and pleasant service.

The Manager, Hannah Holzer, was our contact there. We were looking to book flights to Miami for 4 people, an overnight stay, a cruise in the Caribbean and taxi transfers, so not a run of the mill request.

Hi, we had a great time in America. Disaster at the airport even though we booked wheelchair assistance and we were there three hours earlier and we checked when we got our tickets to confirm we still didn’t get wheelchair assistance we had to argue three minutes to missing our plane in Nashville. We booked a mail for the Thursday Thanksgiving was taken for 6 o’clock when we got to the restaurant they closed at 4 o’clock had problems with Uber twice. Graceland was great but we missed the exhibitions because the tour was running a bit late even though we paid for it, Las Vegas was great.

My family and I are flying to Australia later this year for a trip of a lifetime to meet friends and family. As Flightcentre had been recommended to me by friends I went along to my local branch and met the manager Hannah Holzer in person. Hannah has helped me through out the planning process and has been both understanding and patient as it's not easy getting five adults to agree dates etc. We finally got our flights booked at the weekend and Hannah secured us the best possible price with one of the leading airlines. Hannah from the Richmond store was fantastic. I picked up the phone to her, and within 48 hours we had the best flights, tickets booked, and a comprehensive list of all the things we needed to do like Visas, travel vaccines ect. I can’t thank Hannah and Eva enough for their efficient and friendly service! especially as everything I booked was subject to time pressures and I had not been able to book until quite late for Xmas flights. They were so calm helpful and reassuring that they could make it happen on the dates I needed. Having got them booked I then had to change some flights they turned this around in an hour which took the stress off me! I was very pleased with the friendly, patient and helpful service from Hannah Holzer at the Richmond Flight Centre office. She arranged suitable flights for my husband and I to go to Australia, with short layovers at Doha, plus a nice hotel in CBD Sydney, with airport transfers.
