Vonique Greeves handled our booking with exceptional professionalism. From "coding" to eventually finding flights that matched our needs and budget and then changing the accommodation in Phuket as per our request without hesitation, until we finally agreed on the itinerary. We had to cancel flying through Doha and switch to Cathay Pacific which was dealt with ease.

She sent us emails and WhatsApp messages to check on us when we arrived in Shanghai, to confirm our transfers from the hotel in Phuket to the airport and once we arrived back in SA.

Truly remarkable support which was totally unexpected.

I received a very good service from Flight Centre in The Glen Mall. Precious was very hepful and she ensured that my booking amendments were easily processed.

I wanted a specific service and i called one of the Branches in DBN and the lady just said no they dont offer it.. I then said let me call a branch in JHB and i called the Branch at the Glen and i was assisted by the most amazing person ever Precious Mashabela. She did not know about the service i wanted BUT she did not just turn me away. She took my details found out more, did her research and assisted me and i got the service i wanted. I think that is not just a 5 star service is it a 5000 star service and even above. She went above and beyond. Updating me every step of the way on the Progress.
