Ordered samples and they were delivered very quickly, quality looks good. We are still deciding on whether to have laminate, engineered wood or carpets. Decisions decisions!!!

Chris was great and super responsive (without being pushy). He was keen to understand what I need and offered his help accordingly. The ordering process was smooth & arranging delivery was easy. Ease of ordering is super simple. Received phone call less than 24hours later from Helen. Advised to order thinner underlay and received a refund as it was cheaper. Helen was amazing arranging delivery will review again when it’s here.

Easy to navigate web site with lot of choice and advise, I had a call after my samples arrived to check all ok.
I then had a call to say there was a black Friday deal on offer which saved money.

Chris was really helpful on the phone with my initial query about which floor would suit my build best. He quickly sent the right samples. His follow up was well timed - he’d listened to what I’d said and understood the project plan and scale. Not pushy, just confident and reassuring.

Bought exactly the same flooring from another company previously but the price at Flooring 365 beat them hands down. Many different style floorings and wood types at very competitive prices on their website.
Nice and easy to order and delivery should be within a week of ordering.
Spoke to Helen in Customer Service, who was very pleasant and efficient in arranging delivery.
