Ordered samples and they were delivered very quickly, quality looks good. We are still deciding on whether to have laminate, engineered wood or carpets. Decisions decisions!!!

Customer service was very good but I ordered some laminate, was all booked for delivery through them then she called me back to apologise as they didn't have the stock - it was discontinued.
Lady was very apologetic but the company need to update their stock online before customers are left disappointed.

Half the price of the high street stores
Spent a lot of time looking for engineered wood flooring locally. The prices were just too much. I wanted to support local but it was too expensive. Found my flooring here at half the price. Spoke to the staff first by calling to check the stock and delivery times. Very friendly and went out of their way to help. I was a bit hesitant at first due to some of the recent reviews, but followed my gut. Glad I did I ordered on Tuesday and got my delivery express on the Thursday. Happy so far with the product which is very good quality. Will wait to see once laid, but in terms of buying experience, delivery and quality 5 stars.

Got the flooring which is now down very good quality looks 😍 lovely.

Great company to deal with. Spoke to both Chris and Danielle and both were extremely efficient, polite and helpful. Everything about the order went to plan and flooring arrived on the day it was supposed to and looks great. Good price too for quality flooring. I will definitely use Flooring365 again if I need any further flooring.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Be careful of the returns policy. Ordered the wrong version of the right product and they would not exchange the product after 3 weeks. 14 day returns/exchange policy which is clearly completely inflexible.

We're sorry that you feel disappointed in the service we gave you.
You ordered online and the product is clearly advertised as Click Lok. All our correspondence with you, after the point of sale, also clearly referred to the product as Click Lok.
The sample you received clearly showed a click system product and it was labelled as such.
We do not offer the product in a Tongue and Groove version, so it's unclear how you became confused.
The warehouse run a strict fourteen days returns policy, which you are well outside of, unfortunately.

Honest advice received
I ordered the wrong underlay for the type of flooring chosen - Danielle from their support team helpfully phoned to explain why it wasn't suitable. This was not upselling, I was advised to select a *cheaper* underlay than the one originally selected. I don't believe many other retailers would have made that effort.
They also suggested different pipe rings than those I had chosen would match the flooring colour more closely (same price, so again no upsell incentive). They seem to know their stock and want their customers to be satisfied.
