Love this pub!
My friend celebrated her 35th birthday here. Love this pub! Great selection of beers and cocktails, the new food menu is delicious. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us on the night, exceeded all our expectations. Lots of love!

Please review your current Covid 19 safeguard procedures and update your staff.
Check out how many people are allowed to eat together outside dining.
We made a booking for a party of 8 to sit together for outside dining which was accepted for the 22 May 2021. We emailed you to confirm that it was fine for us all to sit together.
We were put on two separate tables of four on arrival which was not what we expected. We did not book to look at family members backs after not seeing them for over a year.
Staff were very abrupt to us and would not listen to what we’re saying, telling us that information about Covid procedures was on the website.
The information on your website is incomplete regarding outside dining after May 17. It states:
For bookings 12th April – 16th May, we can accommodate up to six people outside.
For bookings 17th May – 20th June, we can accommodate up to six people inside.
For bookings 21st June onwards, we welcome all.
Please do check out the information here as to what the current Covid regulations are.
We understand that outside dining is allowed for separate households or support bubbles to eat or drink together at the same table outside provided the total booking is no greater than thirty people.
If we have interpreted the rules incorrectly, then we would be happy to admit we were wrong, and not insist that they are correct.
Visiting your pub was a deeply disappointing experience. We do understand that it’s a difficult time for everyone as Covid 19 rules change regularly.
Saying that it’s not an excuse for rude behaviour from customer service personnel. One stated ‘I don’t get paid enough for putting up with this stress’
That might be the case, but it’s an odd way to act when a client is trying to have a civil conversation.
16 quid for a burger and coke is dear enough. Manners are free and in short supply from your staff. It’s horrible being barked at.
