Flo Sports customer service is outstanding!
Flo Sports customer service is outstanding. I sent a letter soon after I renewed my subscription, changing it to an annual price rather than the monthly I had last year.
Then, I discovered that Flo Sports was not going to cover the Pioneer Professional Baseball League 2026 season and that was the reason I subscribed. When I explained that news in an email, they immediately responded and refunded my money. I was overwhelmed that they understood my dilemma and resolved the issue in my favor. So grateful to Flo Sports!
Great support on a Saturday night!
It was great that you even had support on Saturday night. Sasha answered all of my specific questions with specific answers, and in just a few minutes each time. I am now a new subscriber to FLO sports. It took a bit to get the app on my Firestick but it works now. Thank you!

What a SCAM. We paid our subscription to watch an event and then, and only then, were we told it was unavailable in our area. Then they can issue a refund -
BUT only after 5 days. Save your self the hassle and watch on YouTube!

I got ahold of you because of a charge that I didn't want or authorized. Who ever I was talking to figured out what happened, and gave the numbers or site to contact, I did just that and got my charged fixed, thank you for your help. It was very appreciated

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was trying to find my granddaughter cheering at a competition in Atlanta. I found the site, but then my son texted to say she was already finished so I thought I wouldn't sign up (or so I thought) The next morning, I saw a charge on my account from FloSports. I must have clicked the wrong button!
I reached out to their support team, explained what happened, and they quickly issued a refund. Within just a few hours, the money was back in my account. Honestly, I hate to reach out to customer service, for any reason. However, I’ve never experienced customer service this easy. If I ever want to watch my grandchildren on FloSports again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use FloSports. Their Customer Support Team is truly the BEST!

Flotrack cuts off the track meet coverage before it was over

Absolute robbery for garbage streams
Absolute robbery for garbage streams. $20 for one game streamed (or one month, of course my college is kind enough to let students watch their friends play for free like any decent organization so for me and many other, it’s one game).
After $20 down, you’d think it’s at least worth it, well you’re in luck! After paying more for double the HBO price tag, you get an ad! And it doesn’t stop there!
Terribly laggy stream, under every 10 seconds I get a buffer, I’m not even exaggerating. I couldn’t listen to the quality announcers because it was giving me a headache (announcers are at the school, no association with FloSports so don’t let that land as a complement to the streaming platform).
To make every matter worse, they are being investigated for data breeches, so not only is your personal information being sold and stolen, but the cards you put down are at risk, too!
Whoever made this platform is a greedy jerk with a service miles worse than the dozens of streams I’ve watched for free. Any school should be ashamed to be associated, I’m so disappointed.

FloSports does not deliver!
Bought a one month subscription to watch my daughter's Indoor Percussion Ensemble perform in the Winter Guard International World Championships. The reason I'm watching on-line is because I wasn't able to attend in person and was working at the time of her performance. I went to watch the replay of her performance and there's NO AUDIO! FlowSports claims that can't include audio on Pay Per View replays of performances featuring copyrighted material. What's the point in watching a percussion performance if you can't hear it!? FloSports will gladly charge me $40/month to watch a live performance that includes copyrighted material for which they don’t own the rights, but when I go to watch again later I can’t hear it because they don’t have “the rights to copywrited material”. What a ripoff!!
To FloSports--don't bother replying to my comments. I'm not interested in hearing your pathetic excuses. I just want others to be aware of the fleecing they are about to experience when they give your company $40+ of their hard earned money

Our coaching staff was having a discussion a couple of days ago and the topic came up about us not having a logo on our MileSplit page. I had assumed that it was a conscious decision by our head coach not to have one. I was informed that he had tried post it but couldn't. I attempted to change it but also failed. That was when I contacted you all. Much to my surprise it was changed the very next day. I was impressed at how quickly y'all responded. Then I realize the logo I sent you didn't look very good. Just a few minutes ago I sent you a new and better version that I hope you can get added quickly. I really wanted to change it myself but I was unable. Again, thank you for such quick and thorough service.
