Voucher not here after one month

I have requested for a voucher after redeeming the points. It has been about a month and its still not here. Where are you sending it from? Mars? Which end from in Australia it take one month to delivery an envelope? Besides no tracking details available. This is the first time I redeemed something and it is so disappointed.

Deceptive Advertising and Disappointing Customer Service

My recent experience with Flybuys' Broadsheet Gift Card program was nothing short of frustrating. Despite selecting the card based on advertised promises of usability at various venues, it consistently failed to work at multiple locations. When seeking assistance, customer service responses were dismissive and offered no resolution. Flybuys' misleading advertising and lack of accountability have left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning their integrity.

Hopeless Customer Service

My Flybuys account was closed due to inactivity. However, it was reinstated, and I've tried to set my password via the lost password link, but no email with instructions for setting my password has arrived (and I have checked SPAM as well). Customer Service said that they couldn't do a manual reset via email (even though it was the email on my account). So I tried ringing and was given two choices - enter details via SMS or leave a voicemail. The SMS just directed me to the password reset process, which had already failed. The voicemail process informed me it would take 10 days to get back to me.

In both scenarios, I had to enter personal information into a faceless system. There was no means of actually talking to a person.

I then contacted customer service once more, reporting my issues with their automated phone service and AGAIN, they told me to ring them between Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm Australian Eastern Time. Except I had already rung between those times on several occasions.

Waste of time

I had a temporary card that I was collecting points on for several months before signing up - I finally got around to doing this online and found that I was unable to do so and was instead issued with a new account and zero points. The cutomer service centre was pretty unhelpful so I asked them to delete my accounts and data. If it's this painful to sign up then I can't imagine trying to actually claim and use earned points. Definitely better rewards programs out there.

Poor customer service

I made a purchase for more than 120 dollars but I scanned the wrong coupon
I called flybuys people to help and adjust the coupon number so I can get 1250 flybuys points
The representative told me we adjusted your points once this year . The system does not allow us to do it twice a year . It is a very disappointing service. It has been happening for years. for God’s sake , offer a more convenient customer service

Keep getting emails from flybuys

Keep getting emails from flybuys, no idea who they are, never signed up to this company and now they asking for money,can't find option to unsubscribe as when click on it I get a warning saying possible scam,and that it could use my details. Just so you understand I've never set up account with these.

Canceled card without warning Cant access 6 years of credit

Ive been using the flybys card for over 6 years. I went to dig out the account number for an online purchase but couldn't log into flybuys. Ive been tapping it at every opportunity. I have since found out they cancel the card & account if not been used for certain time and do this with no warning phone call text or email.. I believe this would be illegal as i had built up credit and cant access it.

FRUSTRATED!!

I have been trying to get help from Flybuys since June 2023 for a simple request of transferring my points from Flybuys into velocity frequent flyer points.

No one is able to help not via email or phone.

SUPER frustrating.

Their customer service is an absolute f**kng JOKE!!!
the app logged me out for no reason.

to log back in I put in my email/membership and pw. yep working fine. No wait it says I have to verify with a text message of which I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED!!! no matter how many times I click resend I DO NOT GET IT!!!

Got to customer membership enquiry to tell them I don't receive the message and want to change the phone number it is going to. to see if that one will work.

They ask for my name, D.O.B. phone number & a street address - I have moved numerous times whilst having this card so I gave them ALL addresses because I couldn't remember which one.

AND THEY STILL TRY AND TELL ME MY DETAILS ARE INCORRECT?? and I need to send them through a birth certificate or driver's licence??? ARE YOU SERIOUS? Didn't need any of that when signing up.

I AM NOT sending that type of information to anyone over an email ESPECIALLY when I have had 3 different people write back to me!

All of this to change a f***ing contact number?? ridiculous!

They are emailing to the email that is set up with the flybuys account!!!

ABSOLUTE POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE - SH**T PEOPLE SKILLS- NO DESIRE TO HELP IN ANY SORT OF WAY.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

What a waste of time

What a waste of time. Coles needs a better loyalty program,
I have been using Flybuys for 5 years and have got just over 6000 points which buys me a plastic pump. I shopped at Coles at least once to twice a week and used my card. To be honest, it's a waste of time taking it out of my wallet. From now on, I will be doing my shopping at Woolworths where I get rewarded for what I buy.

Short changed and disappointed with the lack of support

Flybuys deserves ZERO STARS for their poor quality of customer care service
This scheme now confirms it’s a scam
Trustpilot shows that flybuys do not read or reply to their reviews ., why not that is a negative attitude proves that they don’t want to fix the problems that keep hitting the surface for a smoother result to keep their customers happy and satisfied. They haven’t answered a customers questions, complaints or concerns regarding their product or service for over 12 months .. I’m truly disappointed and i am thinking of pulling the plug .. I mean I sent an enquiry a more than a fortnight ago regarding logging into my account and still no reply .. I thought by supporting and being a member initiated that us customers would get the same treatment back… DONT BE FOOLED
FLYBUYS DOES NOT HAVE INTEREST OR EMPATHY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN ON THE WAITING LIST OF ENQUIRES TO BE ANSWERED

6008944911262713 - was made inactive and customer not informed

CARD NUMBER 6008 944911262713- been using this card for the last many years .
When have swipped the card in machines around all the shops that accept Flybuy cards, the machines have always said in the affirmative that the points are accepted and this is up until yesterday 5/6/2023 when i shopped at IKEA.
Today when i called Customer Service to know my total points collected they said that the card is inactive due to non usage for a few years.
If this was so then why was i not informed and why are the machines all over accepting an inactive card.
The biggest purchases were at IKEA.

This is a total breach of trust and waste of my Fly buy points for years.

Total breach of trust . Am taking this matter up with Obudsman , police and anyone who will help me get all the points back

terrible service

Honestly, I have rung 3 times asking to be reissued with my card which I cannot find - each time I'm assured they have been sent and another one is ordered. Nothing arrives - it's been about 6 weeks now. This time they said to ring back when the card arrives with all my receipts - seriously!? Update: i’ve received 3 cards in 10 days…!!!

Flybuy points

I asked them to ttansfer points from my husband flybuy (which I incorrecttly linked for a week of shopping in 4 week duration) to my flybuys to get the benefit for 4 week shopping, after several call and email from day after shopping finally after one month they replyed and said they cannot ( while they confirmed they can do that earlier over the phone and only was waiting for my husband email which he was already sent and sent again after conversation also called them ) as the number shown in the receipt in not my flybuys which was the exact reason i sent them email, it seems they even have not read my email as totally missed the point of my email, totally disappointing
