I feel sick to even rate them a one star. Do not trust this company, they will make you order a bifold door then contact you that they no longer do them but, they have easi-fold doors which they will pitch you into agreeing to swap. Unfortunately yes, this happened to me. They sent me a damaged door and I contacted them several times, sent emails as they requested but they never helped. They did not refund my money neither did they send someone to look at the door. Infact they asked me to pay £600 for them to send someone from selector🤦‍♀️ To take a look at the door. I would never recommend their doors, most hinges are plastic.. stay away. I lost my money and ended up chucking away their door.

I ordered UPV French doors from this company. The product is great and the communication and customer service were first rate.

I bought a window here as a tester after hearing good things. And yes they were right, great window and great price, so I bought another. Enough said.

I have had my doors a year now and what ever niggle I had on delivery, Flying Doors sorted it straight away.

One year later, I have simply dropped them an email that my handle was failing and within ten mins of emailing they are sending out a new handle.

I cannot fault their service or quality at all, 100%!

Great company, good communication from the beginning, provided further information when requested and really quickly, and when I made a mistake and ordered a part incorrectly they couldn't do enough to help me, they even found the part locally to save me the carrier cost.

Not only are Flying Doors great value for money, when I contacted them due to a fault with one of the window panes they were quick to respond and so helpful. The fault was nothing to do with their workmanship and was just unfortunate, however they investigated it quickly and arranged to send out a replacement window pane within two weeks. I have never known a company to have such amazing customer service! I will definitely be using Flying Doors again in future and would recommend them to everyone.

This place is pretty slick, no complaints from start to finnish.

I used Flying Doors because of a bad experience elsewhere where I was promised patio doors with excuse after excuse for over 3 months. My doors were delivered within the 3 weeks stated and my fitter said the product was very high quality. I am so happy and will recommend to everyone I can. My fitter says he’s going to use you too because the quality for the price is exceptional. Big thanks from me and my husband for helping us out when we were in a pickle.

Excellent service and good delivery time. Ordered during COVID when not many other places could fulfil orders or provide the same level of service. Gladly recommend flying doors to friends and family.
