Both Parents matters really stepped in when no one else would, they have supported me from the start and offer continued help when ever it is needed, and knowing they have helped over 1000 since 2020 shows the caseload they are dealing with , but somehow still manage to find time to help , i don't know what i would have done without the support i was given from them, amazing charity for sure

This organisation/charity had been an absolute life saver for me... after spliting with my ex in 2019 who refused contact with my daughter. I had no way to turn and no idea about the family court system. I spoke with Paul who absolutely put me at ease explaining the whole process to me and what help they can offer me throughout the process. Helping with forms, letters and even correspondence with solicitors. They continue to support me to this day and if an issue arrises I know that I have help to hand with just a phone call to explain whats going on.... Paul, the team & other service users have completely supported me not just through the process but emotionally aswell... in a way I feel we have become a family who is always growing with new service users joining and listening to their struggles an helping each other out as much as we can as all of us deal with our individual cases but we all go through the same emotion. I will forever be in the debt of these people who helped me through difficult times... You Guys are truly amazing with the work you do and I cannot thank you enough for the amount of time and effort you have invested in me...

I spoke with a member of the team who had paul contact me, ensuring me that they would help. After 8 weeks of chasing and constant phoning, know one ever helped me leaving me totally stranded and futher behind submitting my c100 to court and even more time away from children. They talk the talk but don't deliver. I would find another company to be honest, disgusting service. If you need help BOTH PARENTS MATTER are not the company.
