I’ve been with folio for a year now. Mark Hanley is the property manager. He is professional and always responds to emails in a timely manner. He is usually available for face to face discussions too! And helpful with any concerns.
Getting to know the team by name really helps build a supportive community environment that allows for good living standards.

We’d like to say a big thank you to Mark for his excellent support during our time at Halo Tower. He has always been quick to respond, happy to approve and arrange works, and proactive in liaising with contractors when needed. Mark was also very supportive when we experienced issues such as noisy neighbours. After moving to a two‑bedroom flat in November 2025, he once again dealt with everything efficiently and without issue. Mark is always friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the tenants. We’ve had a very positive experience thanks to him.

I would like to express my appreciation for the ongoing maintenance of Halo Tower, which has significantly enhanced the living conditions of the flats throughout the building. Furthermore, Mark Hanley's responsiveness to residents' concerns has contributed greatly to fostering a sense of community among the residents. Mark's ability to lead and support the team has greatly contributed to residents success, and his clear communication style makes it easy to understand expectations and project goals.

We lived in one of the Chelmsford managed properties for 4.5 years and had absolutely no issues with the management team. They were always friendly and responsive - especially Agata!

I really like my apartment and my property manager, Sharon, is quick to solve any problems I may have. She’s attentive and responsive, so helpful.

I've lived in halo tower for almost 2 years and I found renting with Folio easy and pleasant. Mark was able to acomodate any requests (such as new furniture, replacing broken appliances, etc.) quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company again.

Charlie was helpful from the beginning of my flat hunting journey, from viewing the flat, selecting the right ones, all the way to signing the contract. He was also very accommodating in getting me another viewing with the existing tenants as well as to ensure my requests are met. I appreciate this!

I lived at Norman Court while Agata Sungaila was the property manager, and she was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very understanding and helpful.

Agata is honestly the best property manager ever! She has been my property manager for 4+ years now and has been incredibly helpful with all the little things around my property and is always willing to help, no matter how small the question is.

She replies to messages really quickly and always provides clear and helpful answers. Her support has made everything so much easier.

Agata from folio has been my property manager for almost 5 years now. Over the years, she has proved to be the loveliest property manager I have ever dealt with. She is keen to help where she can and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure me and my dog are comfortable at the property. She is one of the reasons I have opted to stay that long at one of folio's property. A property manager can definitely make a huge difference, and she has made a difference for us. Folio and it specially Lerayne Nisbett-very unprofessional and rude, Iv been without hot water and heating for 4 weeks with a two year old at home and she never replies in timely manner have to chase and call her and then she tries to lie and tell me i swear at her on the phone - absolutely disgusting and carless service !
Not compensation or care for provide any type of solution in the meantime.
Your reply means nothing until you actually fix it, talk but don't deliver.

Nabil Gamhiouen was extremely helpful, he never hesitated to answer our questions and talk to us through the entire process clearly and carefully. He was also incredibly friendly!

My experience with Folio London, and with Agata in particular, has been nothing but a pleasure. My residency has been smooth and easy to manage, with any issues handled promptly and efficiently. Agata’s positive attitude, quick response time, and consistently courteous and helpful manner have made the entire process genuinely lovely. As with any building management, occasional issues do arise, but Agata’s professionalism has ensured they were always resolved effortlessly. I would highly recommend Folio London.

I’ve had a great experience with Folio London, especially thanks to Ashraf Mahmood. He is incredibly professional and helpful. What stands out the most is his communication—he always answers our calls and, remarkably, even gets back to us on missed calls promptly. This level of responsiveness is something we haven’t experienced before, and it makes living here much easier.
