After months of searching for properties to move into and being let down by multiple landlords. Charlotte from Folio London came in and saved the day and we moved into our beautiful property just a few weeks later. 10/10 from Charlotte with everything she did for us, I highly recommend folio.

I’ve worked as a head of lettings before, and I can honestly say that Folio has found a good one with Charlie. He’s professional, responsive, and really informative, as well as taking in to account our needs and circumstances. He’s also managed to provide us a home that suits us and where we don’t have to compromise with our cats, and that is a top quality to have in an agent, so Folio have really hit the mark with this standard of estate agency.

We had a great experience with Jekabs Leitans, the Lettings Negotiator, at Halo Stratford. He was extremely helpful, taking the time to show us around the flats and answer all our questions. What stood out most was his friendly and courteous manner — he clearly cares about his job and takes pride in representing the company well.

We ultimately chose the property not just because of the quality of the apartment, but because of the confidence he inspired in us. We were looking for a flat that was ready to move in asap, Francis our Agent was absolutely brilliant!
He helped us finding the flat, helped and supported us with the whole process and he was always super kind and helpful. He made sure he was always available when we had questions.
