I ordered a jersey around Dec 1, 2022 company confirmed order and took my payment, then nothing. No updates or anything.
I tried calling, no one answers the phone. I have had numerous chats but to no avail. Supposedly I've received a shipment tracking number but it doesn't state any proposed delivery date. I would never order from this company again. Steer clear and buy elsewhere. Our grandson sadly will not get his gift for Christmas.

I am glad I read the reviews after my purchase from Footballshoponline as I would probably not of purchased from them...Great experience bought some Chelsea pajamas as were not available on Amazon before Christmas paid for next day delivery and they turned up 24 hours later right size great price very pleased will use this company again. Put an order in for a jacket, given 2 delivery dates over a couple of weeks and still no jacket. Claim evri had processing problems ( how can they have processing problems when all they need to do is deliver) then when I've asked for a refund they say prove evri hasn't delivered to a neighbour ( I have none). They also know that no attempt has been made on delivery. Avoid at all costs. They also advise through amazon so be careful

Order came quickly but wrong colour they will not answer the phone or emails to exchange item for the correct order , used them via Amazon who say we must deal with seller . Don’t recommend using them ever ! Be ware

order made two weeks ago, money taken, they asked for the payment again, caught me out , so now i've paid twice; and no sign of the jersey or a reply to my enquiries.. getting worried, son disappointed, AVOID

I bought a kit in August last year (£103). Despite promises of delivery, the last being before Christmas, it has still not been delivered. Currently trying to get a refund.

Ordered just before Christmas, been charged but have not received anything. I have tried to redirect the item twice but nothing has arrived. Tried to call the company, no answer just left a message. Very disappointed son here 🥲

Ordered Monday night and goods arrived Thursday. Excellent service, Lovely quality and great price. Think there will be a very happy boy on xmas day 😊

Been waiting 3 weeks for an item. Only responded when i chased and now been told this item takes 5 days to process through the warehouse... and no feedback on when out for delivery. BEWARE!

I came across them by accident. They answered my questions quickly and honestly and did not try to oversell me. I placed an order for 8 different products, all of which were delivered within a few days, faster than expected, as they had upgraded the delivery service knowing we would appreciate a quicker arrival, all without any additional cost to us.
