Customer relations was excellent. As a female on my own and doing this for the first time, the lady put me at ease and made sure I had everything I needed so i felt safe and secure on the roads

Generally a good service, although very expensive insurance for the year. The main problem is that in order to change any details on the policy, such as adding an additional driver, there is a £20 fee. Ridiculous when the cost of adding a driver is only £10. I would certainly not use the company if I were based in the UK and had more options available.

He was patient and friendly in his approach and at no point did I feel pressured or uneasy with the process. It is obvious that they are experienced in dealing with Service customers and understand the difficulties and peculiarities of Service life.

Happy to recommend this company to friends and colleagues and already have done so.

The staff are friendly, fast and efficient and were able to give me a very good insurance deal that met my needs.

Went to FI following disappointing quotes from other 'forces insurers' and was more than happy with what they offered. A great price on my car insurance and customer service that was second to none.
Would recommend giving them a call.

So far the policy seems to cover everything including breakdown cover. The person dealing with my policy was extremely knowledgable and once it was know I was exporting my vehicle they gave some excellent advice in getting my vehicle vin number on the certificate rather than the uk ref. This has undoubtedly save me time and hassle.

insured my LHD run around. They couldn't ID the model; it's a standard estate with no bells or whistles. They also quoted me their "best price" , funnily enough from their parent company! Couldn't say if it was the best deal available, there aren't too many choices. Easy enough though!

Short wait time, honest answers, good quote and great service all add up to a winning combination. Cheers!

I was delighted with the service I received - it was quick and comprehensive. There were a number of additional free items included such as key cover and roadside assistance. The quotation was extremely competitive and offered good value..

Not really the cheapest but that's not my complaint as I understand cheap insurance doesn't always give you appropriate cover. My main gripe is £20 admin fee to change address. The forces move...a lot! So as company designed for the forces should surely take this in to account.

My car insurance quote was very competitive, the overall contract was very good and fit for purpose. The administration personnel was very helpful and the service received was outstanding. Overall I'm happy.
