From first contact i have had the best customer service ever whilst purchasing car insurance for my stay in Germany.
Everything was explained in detail although the process was less than 10 minutes.

Well mannered, polite and friendly.. And you know a company is great when you've had a problem and it gets resolved quickly. A company is only as good as it's customer service, as that is how to retain customers. My problem is I wouldn't know who is customer service or sales in this company as they are all so great at their job. They are understanding, friendly and will listen to your needs. Recommend EVERY TIME!!

TFI have been exactly what I need and have been helpful and understanding of circumstances. I wasnt happy with my renewal price this year but they helped to find an insurer at a better price.

Just coming back from an overseas tour and having problems with recognised No Claims in the UK, wasn't a problem for Forces Insurance. They were able to insure our imported car on its chassis number to resolve insurance cover until registration and the insurance prices were very competitive. We even got licence to occupy cover and house contents & kitting insurance at the same time. A one stop shop for all forces personnel, a well deserved 5 stars.

However, when i asked about the £30 charge for setting up a new account for a policy renewal, I was informed that this was incorrect, and that there would be no charge for that; so I thought that would be £104! However, £164 was now quoted with the £30 taken off?

After further haggling, they relented and gave me the £104 figure! Saying that there was an internal communications error.

such inconsistancy does not help me feel trust in tfi, this time. Previous dealings have been smooth!

I have used this company on two policies and can only say you pay for what you get and they are reasonable competitive and provide that bit extra.

After dealing with the usual suspects , go compare , Churchills and direct line, I was more than happy with the help, feed back and the eventual winning quote , which was £160 cheaper than the jokers mention above.
Can't speak highly enough of the forces insurance and would do and have recommended them to my friends in the forces.

Organising car insurance for overseas moves and use is a complex business and full of potential pitfalls. My predecessor in post recommended Forces Insurance - and he was spot on. I will be doing the same in 3 years time to my successor.

I spoke to Faye whose customer service was second to none. She was very knowledgeable and able to offer solutions to what had been problems with other companies I had tried. Her understanding of how the military worked and what is required was excellent
