I’d give less stars if possible
I’d give less stars if possible! My parcel was sent to the wrong address - twice! When I eventually received the items they were received far too late for the golfing holiday I had wanted them for. I emailed Jason @ support for a returns label - which was ignored! I tried calling but only ever got an answer phone so left messages - which were never returned. I ended up returning the items at my own cost, which has never been reimbursed. This order cost me £21 In postage costs!! Avoid!
