I cancelled my FORM subscription months ago through the app, and the app clearly showed it was cancelled. Despite that, FORM continued charging me every month. There is no customer service phone number, no human support, and no way to resolve billing issues beyond the app — which already showed my subscription was cancelled. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company because FORM offered no help and kept billing me anyway. This has cost me time and money, and I will never use this service again. If you value transparency and reliable billing, avoid form.

The goggles themselves are really fantastic. I had a few issues with them which support were really helpful with. Recently after just under two years, the display lost brightness significantly. After a few exchanges, we reached a very good solution, and the care and attention was really good to see.

For me, the subscription doesn't make too much sense, but I have tried it monthly a few times and no issues with it going annual as I set a reminder to cancel in time.

Goggles leaked and after trying all requested solutions and switching seals the goggles were still faulty . Form have refused to replace the goggles and sent me documents of their legal stance , similar to others on this review thread .. Had I read the reviews I would not have wasted £200… How goggles that the main aim is safety and protect the eyes can have a policy that leaks are not covered is unbelievable and very disappointing.. Reverted back to magic googles to progress training.

Message from Form regarding goggles that leaked from first use and all nose clips and different types of seals used to try and rectify.

As I mentioned below, fit issues or leaking are not covered under the 2 year limited warranty on the goggles: Limited Warranty and fit/leaking issues do not indicate that the goggles are faulty.

Really bad experience with the supposedly free returns as you have to cover expensive shipment back to The Netherlands yourself...

Similar to other reviews on here, I had an annual renewal completed with out warning. When contacted they proceeded to give me a legal review of their terms and conditions rather than work with me, saying a lot about their customer service.

I’ve really enjoyed my FORM goggles, but the subscription experience has been disappointing. My annual Premium plan renewed with no prior notification and didn’t appear in my Apple subscriptions, so I had no way of knowing the charge was coming. I canceled on the renewal day before using any services, but FORM refused to issue a refund.

Great product, but the billing practices and customer service left a bad impression. Hoping they improve this, because the endurance community pays attention to how companies treat their athletes.

Form goggles forces you to sign up for a free month of their "premium" service. They simply do not work without an app that sends the information of your swims to them for sale. If you complain, they reply this:
The FORM App is needed to set up and use the goggles. With the app, you select what metrics you want to see while swimming, or if you have a Premium subscription, you can manage your guided workouts and plans. With the FORM App you can also review your swim analysis once your swims have been synced. I'm sorry this wasn't clear to you when you purchased the goggles. You can find information about the FORM App and your account on the FORM App in our Terms of Service.

11. Accounts/Credentials:
(a) General: To access and use FORM Services you must sign up for an Account. At the time you sign up for an Account you must provide a valid user name and password or other sign-on method (such as your Facebook, Google or Apple account) that complies with FORM’s technical requirements (collectively “Credentials”.

Absolute garbage. They simply just LEAK. I’ve tried all the bridges but to no avail.
My eyes are stinging after a few lengths so I stop and changed to my old faithfuls.
Great idea but the fit is sh-t! ! Save your money peeps.

Note this company will want £9 to send out a replacement goggle strap that costs £4

I have them for over a year now. They helped me improve my swimming from a floater to a swimmer. They help a lot by having the pass uploaded in the glasses. Their live instructions also help.
After some time the strap got broke but I got a replacement quite fast.
Another great thing is that they constantly added features to the glasses: adaptive training programmes, open water guidance, etc.
The only thing that I can complain with is their membership program which is quite expensive compared for example with holoswim.

I have a problem with Lancaster General Hospital on Duke street Lancaster PA.
My husband Mike called the Buck and asked if he could have a refill of his medication for keeping Calm. The women said OK. Then a few weeks later called his Pharmacy to see if it shipped. They told him NO we never got the new script.
Then he went into the Buck office of Lancaster General Health. The person behind the desk told him the medication was not on his chart and she said No I am not giving it to you.
He cried wanting his medication that he needed to keep calm. He said I needed it to function she said insisting No I am not giving it to you. Mike said can you ask Dr Trost to fill it? She still said NO I am not doing it. He said I need it to keep calm. She then yelled at Mike to get out of here before I call the police.
Then Mike then made an appointment to see Dr Trost. Mike waited to see Dr Trost then the nurse called him back to the exam room. Then Dr Trost came in the room and told Mike the receptionist said Mike threaten her. He than asked what was the threat. Then Dr Trost said we can't tell you and we have called the police to take you out of here. You can leave out of the back door or the police will take you out in hand cuffs. That day they had the police there to take him away because the reseptonist said Mike threatened her.
He never did. Then they kicked Mike out of the Dr office at the Buck Lancaster General Health in Buck Lancaster County PA office Dr Trost took him to led Mike through the hallway to the back door saying Good By we don't need people like you.
Mike went to get a gun to protect our home and was blocked because of this LIE.
Mike was with Dr Trost at Dimatoni Quarryville PA associate for over 15 years before moving to Buck Lancaster General Health. Then since he had a great re pore with Trost. Mike left Dimatoni because they would not answer their phones to make a appointments. Then Mike went to where Dr Trost went. the reseptionist behind the desk kept giving Mike dirty looks every time he went there.
Mike went to the office 5 times.
This happened last fall. Mike called the hospital a few days ago. He talked to a women who said this is over and we solved it.
Mike could not talk to the advocate at the Lancaster General Health to hear his side of what happened. She said the Hospital sided with this receptionist and believed her lie and calling me a liar in many words i don't know what they mean. All she kept saying are you getting good care. As wanting to know were Mike goes to call to his new health provider Mike is no good and a hot head. Mike is not he just has trouble with being come as to why Mike needed the medication. They let Mike run out of the medication he needs very badly.
I don't know how Lancaster General Health in Lancaster PA someone can do this to a person?? There should be a law about this.
Mike called 4 lawyers at the time when this happened they all said there is nothing they could do. It is evil and very demeaning to ruin someones character and get away with it.
10 years before Mike was admitted into Lancaster General Health for Sepsis to the emergency. The doctor said he would have someone to get the medicine he was on. This women came in with a computer and asked to update my medicine. We gave her the medicine list form Mike's Dr Trost.
Mike got up to the room. A Dr came in and said I had no say in the care he was going to get. Then said if Mike did not like it to find another Dr to do his treatment. Mike had no choice to agree with this. Mike had a blood disease called sepsis which is a none killer and needed to be treated A.S.A.P.
Then someone from the help board came in the afternoon to see if we could get assistance with the bill. The Lady said I made a dollar to much. Mike was let go at the school for falling down too much. From a medication called tagritall for to control Mike's Epilepsy that made him fall down. This was found out by a Neurologist at Penn State Hershey in Hershey PA.
He asked the doctor in the hospital why am I getting this medicine I can't have. I told the doctor he told the lady with the computer in the emergency about all of my medications. Then the Dr replied, "what goes on in the emergency room stays in the emergency room. Mike was very upset at what that Dr told him. Mike was so upset because the nurse on duty at Lancaster General Health hospital threatened him that they were going to tie him to his bed. Also they called security in the hospital on Mike. He just felt like he was being punished. But again the Lancaster General Hospital sided with the nurses, security and the Dr who had a ego problem.
Please forgive me but this stinks how some company can ruin someone.
Mike has helped people move cooked for people also would give the shirt off his back to help someone. Tuned peoples piano because they were too poor to pay someone to tune their piano. Mike is very much liked at Quarryville, Pa Next Generation Senior cent

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Accidentally used an old card when purchased realized immediatly. Submitted a request to change payment or cancel order to re order. Got a ship notification 6 hrs later before customer service emailed me to tell me they couldnt cancel as order was in process. At this point i told them to not worry about it i sorted on my end they responded they would try and pull back shipment I said no it was fine. 2 days later got a notice that shipment was requested retuen to sender. I messaged again telling them i didnt want that at this time and wanted a supervisor to call me as they wouldnt provide a phone number to call. Never got a call from supervisor in fact they reaponded that they let thier supervisor know. I will never order or use a product from this company sue to such horrible customer service.

I'm extremely disappointed with my FORM smart goggles and service, or lack of, from FORM. My goggles are practically brand new and I accidentally dropped them. I could not believe the severity of the damage/scratches on the display side lens. A waste of £250 as this part is not repairable and FORM won't replace them. At this price, I expected the lenses to made from more robust materials. Suffice to say, I will not be buying or recommending these Goggles in future.

I tried these for 7 months and really wanted to like them as it is a good idea, but.... The goggles themselves fit poorly, they come with an array of bridges in different sizes but no matter the bridge and how tight you get them they still leak and flood frequently when pushing off the wall. The peripheral vision is poor, tried them in open water and sighting was much more difficult. I bought a six month membership which should have reverted to £13 a month after the 6 month period, nope you now need to pay the elevated price for 12 months! Poor customer service, negative reviews don't get published on their website (what are they hiding?).
I have now gone back to proper goggles and workouts on my garmin, I don't miss them.

I’ve had my form swim goggles for 5 months now, and have been really impressed with them. I am a bit of a data junkie, so having data in my eyes all the time while swimming is a major motivator for me.
I usually go for larger goggles so they don’t make my eyeballs feel like they’re being sucked out, so I was a little concerned over this design… however, worry not.. no eyeballs being sucked out here!
They work perfectly, battery lasts really well and they are very comfortable.

Very hard to get refund, mess with shipping, 11 days ago I asked for return, the parcel is still in my city and the customer service is useless.

Just couldn't be worse. Goggles that i received didn't work, from the moment i unpacked them. Had to send them back to get a refund as i didn't want to risk getting replacement instead. Still didn't get the money back.

Since I am former professional swimmer who still swim daily I was very eager to buy these goggles. Even though shipment from US to UK brought its price to $ 270 (shipment+duty) I still placed my order.

Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete disappointment:

1. Goggles itself are of very strange tunnel/binocular shape that probably gives more space for side part of the display, but really limits your side vision. Also due to water flow and goggles shape in certain swimming style you would only be able to see by one of your eyes as the other one is blocked.
2. Display is positioned right in the middle of the eye and you cannot change its position. Also literally have to get used to something that is blocking your view in the middle (remember your side view is blocked too). You also have to get used to watch the figures that are always in front of you whatever movement you make which actually made me even dizzy at the beginning.
3. There are two small confusing buttons on the side of googles that you need to press all the time if you want to change from interval training to whatever else training you wish. This is impossible to do intuitively since they are both of equal size and and goggles menu is quite complicated for the purpose.
4. Display is only showing cumulative total distance for the whole duration of your training until manual reset. Means whatever distances you swim you will only be shown total which is extremely confusing. Also the goggles gyroscope is making mistakes and the distance reading is very inaccurate. It may count the length of your pool or may not which makes display reading at the end very very confusing. You really cannot rely on it at all.
5. Time is only shown in minutes and seconds, not miliseconds. The time reading is also inaccurate i.e. you cannot rely on it at all (the goggles cannot really know if you finished your distance and touched the pool end or not, they also do not know when exactly you've started your swim). You may easily get +/- several seconds (!!) per one pool length.
6. This are quite the ordinary goggles in terms of quality (made somewhere in China) and definitely worse than Arena or similar. For daily tradings like mine goggles are almost a wearable, you have to change your goggles regularly to have the clear view. Are you prepared to pay $270 for every pair of your googles every other month??

It drives you crazy after you try to make your regular trainings with this product. You will be very happy to return to your regular goggles, I promise!

All above make me think what is the target audience for this product? The overall idea is quite good, but for regular swimmer the goggles are not at all suitable for the above reasons. For the occasional swimmer the goggles are way too expensive.

I had to return the goggles back (another £ 25 of shipping costs). Very interesting that company is very eager to get the goggles back (even the shipping confirmation is not enough) before giving your partial refund (excl. import duty and shipping costs), but they are not at all interested in your opinion about their product. Disappointment...
