Fort Collins Dodge Fleet Service is terrible
Fort Collins Dodge Fleet Service is absolutely useless. They had our vehicle for over 2 months and did not fix the problem. They charged us $4200 and returned our vehicle without resolving the problem. They just told us that we need a new engine, without any advanced engine diagnostics. They did not provide detailed records of what they actually did do, which tells me they didn't do much or anything short of replacing a few hoses and gaskets.
The vehicle runs just fine, though it is using a lot of oil. They were incommunicative throughout the entire process and did nothing to compensate us for their failure. We have been taking this same vehicle to you for years. Now they have new folks in this department who have no idea what they are doing, and certainly no idea of good customer service.
