Unsafe, Defective Product & Hostile Customer Service
I strongly advise against ordering from Fort Troff based on my recent experience with both their product quality and their customer service team.
Right out of the packaging, the product was completely defective. One of the magnets was already chipped and completely detached. Due to the nature of this item, a broken and loose magnet is a glaring safety hazard that falls entirely below acceptable quality standards.
When I emailed customer service to explain the defect and ask how to return the damaged inventory for a refund, the situation escalated unprofessionally. The representative informed me that they only do store credit or replacements and explicitly refused to issue a refund for the broken item. When I politely pointed out that selling defective, unsafe merchandise breaches consumer protection laws, their response was unbelievably hostile.
Instead of making it right, the customer service team:
Refused to take their damaged item back.
Told me my account was now "flagged."
Dared me to take it up with my credit card company (which I am doing).
Ended the exchange by demanding "PLEASE no further emails to us."
If you receive a defective or unsafe product from this company, they will not stand behind it, and they will treat you with absolute hostility if you ask for a refund. Save your money and shop with a business that respects its customers and quality control.

This company is completely unprofessional. They sent me a damaged item, and when I tried to resolve the issue, I got nothing but a 90+ day runaround. They use a shady third-party processor called Sizzle, and neither the merchant nor Sizzle took any real accountability.
I had to escalate the situation to my credit card company to finally get a chargeback for one payment The merchant claimed Sizzle never contacted them, while Sizzle insisted they reached out multiple times. Total mess.
The person who calls himself “Sergeant Duke” is especially rude and unprofessional—he’ll hang up on you, block your number, your email, and even ban you from the website if you dare to complain or dispute a damaged item.
Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
Scam artists and liars
Don’t bother buying anything from them. It never comes. Temu ships faster and is more reliable. Which is sad because it used to be great but now they have no customer service whatsoever. They’re charging an exorbitant amount of money for shipping and then your order doesn’t come. The reviews are all the same here Bad very very bad reviews plus the product quality is garbage. All of their CBD loop mixtures are incorrectly labeled in terms of their CBD amounts as a fraction of what’s listed. Reading this now you’ve been warned. They are a scam.!

Even though their shipping policy says that they would ship postal, customer service says they never use the post office.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent online purchase. I previously received a similar product as a gift that lasted over a year, it was high quality, durable, and extremely comfortable. Naturally, when it broke, I decided to buy a new one myself. Unfortunately, I ended up ordering the wrong item, and it doesn’t fit or serve its purpose for me at all.
I reached out to customer service hoping for a simple solution, I offered to keep the incorrect item and asked if I could receive a small discount to reorder the correct one, avoiding the hassle of the return process. Instead, I was told no. The return policy is frustrating: I’d need to print out paperwork, visit the post office, and pay for shipping, all for an item that was just the wrong size.

Scam artist
I bought merchandise from this company and it was defective. I asked for a refund and they asked for pictures of the damage. I told them that I did not want the product they would not give me a refund. I would not suggest anyone doing business with this company because of the bad reviews. You can find the same objects in a store near you. The man that owns this company is a scam artist. I’m going to talk to scuff and other gay app providers to remove his ads.

Suction cups
I purchased 4 different Cyborg toys with the red removable suction cups. I broke 2 trying to take them out of the toy. I ordered replacements. This time I left them in and they melted inside tge toy and oozed out onto the toy and was so sticky, I had to throw the toy away. They were properly stored and all of them did this. They also didn't hold very well. Very disappointed.

I used to love this company but now they never answer emails if you have questions about your orders and when you call them they tell you oh we never received any emails. I showed time stamps and everything and all I got was oh it has already been prepared but you can refuse it for store credit. At this point I don’t want anything from this company. I've bought multiple items from this company. I gave two of the items 4 stars, those reviews were published the next day. I posted a 2 star "Disappointed" review on 10/11/21 for their newest bench (which I pre-purchased on 9/7/2021 and arrived on 10/8/202), they responded with an email asking me to contact their warranty dept which I did. They responded by saying we are sorry you are unhappy, your review is still in the vetting stage. A few weeks went by, a 5 star review was posted on the bench by someone else so I posted my review again. I got a response asking me to verify that I had written the review, which I varified. A few more weeks went by, another 5 star review was posted on the bench and my review was still not posted. So now it's been 5 weeks since I sent the 1st review and they have not published it. The review I submitted was long and detailed with regard to both the good and disappointing element of their new bench. The main disappointments are: 1. No assembly instructions in the box or on their site. 2. despite advertising that the bench is fully adjustable it is not easily adjustable (especially mid-scene) as it requires using a small allen wrench to loosen and tighten two tiny set screws for each arm/knee rest (should have been knobs).

The thing with Fort Troff is, you only see reviews they publish. So even if a product gets 2000 negative reviews and 2 positive reviews. You only see the positive reviews. which is misleading and fraudulent.
Their products are also terrible. the ball stretcher is bad fit and impossible to put on due to lack of elasticity.
their masks are also poorly made. the ones that's supposed to be black out has light coming in and the mouth opening is rough.
their bumper bright is the biggest scam of all. absolutely no effect whatsoever and i've used 4 tubes.
Everything on there is twice the price from everywhere else too. Sometimes more.

Stay away from this company. Purchased a product that was expose to be scent free. When it arrived it smelled like someone dumped a bottle of dime store perfume in it. I had pay $12.xx for shipping. If I want to return it I have to send pay for the return. Shipping. So so they would be about $32.xx in shipping to get store credit that I’ll have to pay another shipping charge. Do not buy from this company. They will not post negative reviews. You cannot trust this company!
