Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with. Provided a quote based on the information provided.
This was a simple job - collection of 20 m3 of wrapped furniture & boxes from a storage container, transport 17 miles to house with ample parking and good access. Other companies prevaricated and overpriced. 10T truck, 2 men - job completed in 3 hours. Easy money.

Great for our international move
The team moved all our possessions from South Wales to Australia. They were thoroughly professional throughout (including Australian partners), They did a great job of wrapping everything up and keeping us informed the whole way. We had negligible breakage or wear and tear on our stuff. The only thing to be aware of if you’re not familiar on moving to Australia, is that mandatory Government quarantine inspection fees are not included in the quoted package and have to be paid for separately. But all in all - outstanding!

We found our experience with Fox Group (Taunton) to be professional, helpful, supportive and highly efficient. We hadn't shipped items before so it was a huge learning curve and they guided us through the process, the packers from the UK side were professional, very efficient and friendly and the delivery to Europe was handled with equal efficiency and friendliness. Thank you!

The A Team of removal companies!!!
What a pleasure it was to use such a professional and really helpful company. The service provided was first class from the moment they arrived to the moment they left! We used the packing service and everything was beautifully wrapped, the only item broken was a plate I dropped after unwrapping!! I highly recommend this company. The staff were so helpful, really going the extra mile! Special mention to Tom and Will, and the 2 guys that helped pack up the day before removal.
