If you order outside the US they propably scam you. Don´t trust their costumer service. They answer until the money arrive but youll never see a ring

Ordered my ring back in January, barely anybody gets back to me and they said my ring got screwed up so they had to remake the mold. I said okay that was 6 weeks ago, now been trying to get ahold of for over 2 weeks and am either requesting a refund or my ring, it said 28-40 days originally we are now over 90. Go to a different site and order a ring, something doesn’t seem right.

Horrible company I would avoid at all cost. I ordered a ring they ghosted me once i paid then I left a one star review and magically they reached out they apologized and begged I remove the one star and promised there wouldn't be any issues ghosted again and have sent countless messages and crickets not a single response. The original order started last April.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered.

First let me say the ring I recieved is exactly what I wanted, but the process was riddled with lack of communication from them. And now not even a year later, the center piece has fallen off. I reached out several times over the last 1 to 2 months with no response. DO NOT do business with them, their customer service and communication is horrible. They start out in the design phase with communicating pretty well but once it moves to fabrication, the communication goes away and they will take way longer than they say.

I placed my order on the 6th January, it is now the 12th of March and I have had no response from Fox Rings since early Feb when they said the rings were still in production.

The phone number on their website isn't answered and emails go completely unread.

PLEASE AVOID

Look at the number of reviews each 5* rating has, they all are single reviews and completely fabricated!!

This was our third time ordering rings through Fox. Ed was great again. If/when we win again we will order a fourth time!

Great customer service and a quality product. Edward was super helpful with the whole process.

We have used Fox Rings twice now for our youth Super Bowl rings. The quality is exceptional. They are big and heavy - just what the kids want. The communication is also great. Of the 50 rings we ordered, one had a small imperfection - which was quickly replied to and fixed. Highly recommend.

Ordered a single silver ring. Foxrings designed it and made the ring. It was delivered in the time frame that was mentioned. After I received the ring the nightmare starts. I specifically ordered the more expensive ring because they mentioned I should if its for daily use. Its supposed to be durable and withstand daily normal use. After the first few months the design paint and cz stones start coming off. I emailed foxrings and it took months for a reply. When I explained what was going on there was no warranty offer to fix it they wanted to charge hundreds to fix/repair the ring. The ring didn't suffer any abuse other than washing my hands with soap. The lack of communication and ridiculous repair cost offers really upsets me. I had to email and reply to the emails already sent asking, "can I get some help with this". Worst buisness customer communication I've ever experienced. I regret buying my ring from foxrings 100%. Id recommend ANYONE else to do do buisness with. Next stop is the better buisness bureau.

I have been Commish of my league for over 15 years. I have bought MANY MANY championship rings. We switch companies every few years due to a handful of issues. But now no more. The ring we got from Fox Rings is BY FAR the best. Great customer service, great response time, pretty much prefect. I would complain about the time it took to receive the ring but as any good fantasy player knows it’s a marathon and not a sprint (plus great work takes time). I 2000% recommend them.

Do not order from this shop.
I ordered four rings and only received one of them. The remaining three were never delivered. I was never informed about any delay, shortage, or problem with my order. I tried contacting the seller multiple times by email and message. At first there was no clear response, and now they are not responding at all. My money was taken, but the order was not fulfilled. This feels like a scam. I would strongly advise others not to order here unless you are willing to risk losing your money.

Goodwill needed a true “wow” statement for our Employee Awards, and this ring delivered. From concept to completion, the team was incredibly responsive and collaborative. The final product exceeded our expectations, and the pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality. We couldn’t be happier with the partnership.

Edward was great in helping our organization design some custom rings for our team. Quality is excellent and totally worth the wait. Took about 10 weeks from ordering to recieve rings so keep that in mind when planning. Hope do do business with Fox Rings again in the future.

The rings were an awesome way to honor our fantasy league champions. They are statement pieces legitimately heavy. Great item to rub in the faces of my buddies who are yet to win one. It's now become a tradition to hand one out each year to the league victor! Edward was fantastic to work with me on a very custom set of historical rings we needed to get caught up.

Best business to get custom rings made. Great people,awesome service,and good quality craftsmanship work. They have my business today tomorrow and years to come.
