Fox's Biscuits Reviews 

Tried their contact no. but no good. Disgusting/vile and inedible foxes biscuits. Far too much sugar as it is cheap. Too much bicarbonate, cheap,. Hardly any chocolate/cocoa. Biscuits supposed to be a selection, but all tasted the same.Filled with cheap plant fillers. Biscuits left an awful after taste even after cleaning teeth. 1853 until 2025 as public vote with their taste buds and money. Skimpation !!!

I'd give zero same size box less than half the biscuits as the past. Big companies saving the planet my ass they are filling it with unnecessary plastic because there was once biscuits now it's air. Never buying foxes again and double the price too greedy ceos.

The boxes contain mostly air and packaging, with the plastic trays featuring large, empty spaces designed to make the product look fuller than it is.

The increased spacing results in a smaller total number of biscuits in the box.

Feeling "ripped off" these biscuit boxes offer poor value for money.

Shame on you!

Used to love Fox's biscuits, especially the Viennese, but after treating myself today and discovering that they've gone massively downhill is a real disappointment. Bland, hardly any chocolate, smaller. I understand raw ingredient prices rising so it makes to make cuts, but if they're this bad and no one wants to buy them anymore then the cuts are pointless

I used to love "Chocolatey, half coated cookies" but there is only 7 in a pack now, so it's a dead product families of 4, going to try something else now 😞

I buy fox's biscuits normally.
But this week I bought fox's party ring's for children coming to the house. When I opened the packet I could not believe how small they were. You could hardly taste the iceing there was so little on them a very thin layer and hardly covered. Biting into it was such a disappointment it was just a hard biscuit wit no flavour as there was so little icing. Very disappointed customer

Bought a pack of assorted bicuits today....couldn't believe the size of the box for over £4.

People are just being ripped off. Certainly doesnt make me feel you value my custom.

Just all rubbish now & they just don't care, they have downgraded all the biscuits, even taste cheap now, rocky bars are a joke now used to love them, definitely give the caramel ones a wide birth,

Foxes half coated cookies,no flavour,very thin layer of chocolate that is taken up the side of the cookie to make it look thicker.i could even see the cookie through the chocolate on one cookie.yrs your new advert worked cos I had to buy a packet but I will not be buying another one

Purchased Fox's Brandy Snaps. I wish I had researched the reviews first because I tried one of the Bandy snaps and my crown was pulled right of the tooth causing damage to the tooth. Very disappointed. Do not buy this product. It should not be produced or sold. I will see the dentist later on today to find out if my tooth can be saved and also have an expensive bill to pay on top of everything else.

I buy the Foxys Party rings from Iceland every week and enjoy them , perhaps more than I should but they are my go to treat for weekends. I love them and now my young grandchildren enjoy them when they stay. I don’t eat any other biscuits.
Sadly, I have noticed that there aren’t always 6 in the mini packs, instead many packs are now containing 5, sometimes with a broken piece which does not make up for a whole biscuit. I became aware of it when serving up portions in my grandchildren’s ’treat bowls’, there were often arguments between them because one had perhaps one or two more than the other.
I then started counting them as I opened the packs as before I would just cut the top off and slide the packs into a bowl, not thinking to count them.
Before you start thinking I’m some silly young woman who is after free goodies, I’m a 60 year old woman working p/t as a social worker in child protective services and becoming very fed up of shops cutting back but still charging the same or even more money.
Food is very expensive now, I get that your costs have to increase, what I don’t like is the often sneaky underhand way that shops and manufacturers are doing it. Each pack I now buy is now counted and not all of them but definitely most of them are not containing the 6 mini biscuits .Today I’ve just received my weekly shop from Iceland and once again on opening the packs, every one of them had 5 in, not 6. Some of them had 5 and half a biscuit, some just had 5. This was the entire pack. It’s not fair to do this to your customers and not right. So I’m bringing it to your attention. I’d like to think you are not aware of this and will put it right, rather than think the worst of this company. I hope I’m right.

I sent this as an email to the relevant department and they replied requesting my address to send vouchers. I didn’t ask for them , I wanted to know why this was happening . I have heard nothing since. I’ve now stopped buying them
EDIT: Said vouchers duly arrived with a standard letter with the usual standard ‘We take great care blah, blah, blah’
In other words ..Here’s £voucher..go away

Just opened foxes milk chocolate viennese and compared to picture on packaging. You can't even see the filling now they put so little in and the size of biscuit has shrunk. Don't taste like they used to so won't be buying these again..
Why change a product when there's nothing wrong with it unless it's so they get bigger profits.

I bought a box of Fox's fabulous chocolatey biscuit selection.
What a con, 13 biscuits in the box and even the box is small as well.
The plastic packaging inside has spaces to make it look like their are more biscuits than they're actually are?
They cost 46p per biscuit, I think I will buy glacier mints instead!

Excellent value, delicious biscuits made and packed with care - oh, sorry… I’ve just seen a pig fly past my window!

I’m sure the number of biscuits have dropped by at least a third.

Inside the box all you get is packaging, with a few biscuits thrown in

Bought 3 boxes of Fox’s Classic biscuits for Christmas.
Absolutely awful. All soft, tasted stale. Left unpleasant taste in your mouth like really cheap biscuits do.
Never again. Fox’s are so VERY different now.
Just horrible and disappointing.

Unfortunately I had to pick a star they didn't have a moon 🌚 option , ignored over stale in date biscuits for a month 8 emails blanked . But when I would email from a new address they would respond instantly. SAM COLLINS needs sacking . There is no customer care service atall. I don't know what there doing all day but having read previous reviews I can imagine. Please 🙏 sell to another company.or sell up.

So disappointing to open what looks like a decent tin of biscuits to find more plastic packaging than biscuits inside! Another example of shrinkflation, very sad to see what used to be a reputable brand heading this way.

So its Christmas apart from other things i bought a box of foxs classic biscuits not that cheap looked nice on box happy days opened them not only more packaging than biscuits but out off 4 biscuits we tried 3 tasted stail not happy will never buy again if you took as much pride in your biscuits as you do in your packaging maybe you will get better reviews

Total rip off. About 80 percent packaging and 20 per cent biscuit. Do not buy.

I really hope whoever is running Fox's now takes a serious look at these reviews. Your product has fallen so far that you should not be using Foxes name for your shoddy sub standard offering.
