The bonded hair removal stuff could be stronger it took alot of effort to remove even after paying over 25 pound for it to be simple .
The glue took forever to soften a bond and still clung to the hair in its gloopy sticky state after applying loads and waiting ages on each bond . .

Absolutely horrendous hair. I have been wearing extensions for years, I followed the proper aftercare and this hair in unmanageable. Shedding and frizzy I have had to have this hair removed after a month as it was tangled. I contacted customer service and they told me it was my fault and just told me to purchase their after care kit. I am so upset as I am still paying off this hair which has had to go straight into the bin, feels like it’s mixed with synthetic. Appalling!

Decent hair, however I ordered 3 x sets of 25 stands and overall there were 6 strands missing, it doesn’t sound a lot but that’s a large amount of hair when you aren’t putting too many in. Delivery was also a bit naff. I ordered Thursday afternoon and paid for 24hr delivery which means 24hr delivery on a week day, so expected arrival on the Monday, however I had to contact them over the weekend as I had no delivery confirmation and then within half an hour I miraculously received it and then got my delivery on the Wednesday. However the quality of the hair is pretty good and a decent price

Been getting my hair done now for a year, and I absolutely love this place, my hair extensions are the best qaulity and the fitting is amazing my hair is growing and so much thicker because the application is at a high standard and doesn’t ruin my hair and full head foils with toner the colour is always what I want, couldn’t recommend these girls enough every one I’ve had so far has been fantastic!
