I don't know what's going on with my order.Been waiting a couple of weeks so I go into Catch & see my order has been cancelled.I received no notifications I had to find out myself.Terrible way to treat customers from this company Fresh fragrances & cosmetics.I hope my second order is on its way.Made 2nd order before I realised my first one was cancelled on me.Didnt see a refund in my bank account

The worst customer service ever experienced.

I wonder if the customer service policy is to ignore and placate the customer in the hope they will eventually give up trying to resolve an issue.

If you have 8 weeks spare, love writing emails and have bucket loads of patience to resolve a simple refund, after being sent the wrong items, then I highly recommend Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics for an unforgettable experience.

So, I ordered from Fresh Beauty Co. recently, and I have to say, it was a really great experience! I don’t get the bad reviews because everything went so smoothly for me. The website was super easy to navigate, with everything organized into categories and brands (which is perfect for someone like me who doesn’t want to spend hours browsing). Plus, the selection? Huge. I was honestly surprised by how much they had. I reached out to customer service with a quick question about my order, and they were super fast, friendly, and helpful. Shipping was pretty quick too, and I loved that I could track the whole process. My perfume came perfectly packed, no damage or anything, which I was so relieved about. And the perfume? 100% legit and smells amazing! Overall, I’m super happy with my order, and I’ll definitely be shopping at Fresh Beauty Co. again. Highly recommend if you're looking for great products and service!

I paid over $100 for a fragrance that smelt metallic and did not match my decant. It was not a blind buy. I then checked the batch number. This company sent me a bottle that was almost 10 years old and did not state this up front. Because of it's age it smells totally different, and 'off'. The company said by email they were aware it was 10 years old but it was a 'special edition' - which was clearly rubbish. (No 'special edition' in the ad, mark on box, invoice or shipping sheet). They then inferred I was lying. These people are deceitful, lie to customers, and sell old stock from goodness knows where without bltting you know its old stock. You'll be in real trouble if something goes wrong. Avoid at all costs.

i bough t product waited 2 months asked refund and not answer. Send wrong tracking number after 1 months.
Received parcel 2 months later with tracking number correct and inside empty parcel

Best Online Store I have ever encountered, they have a wide range of products from skincare to fragrances. Fast delivery and great customer service.

I ordered a product at this store on November 15, 2020. I did not receive the package, it was lost. I received official confirmation of the loss from the distribution company. I sent an email to customer service several times, attaching the letter from the distribution company. Not all of my emails were answered but in the last letter I was promised a refund for the loss. A week has passed but I have not yet received my refund. The email I sent on the subject was not answered. I also did not receive the additional product from the same store I ordered on December 10, 2020. I bought two products for 150$ that never reached me.

My go to website for a good shopping spree! Good service and wide range of products! Plus they offer afterpay!

I ordered and paid for a product in April of this year (2020) and have yet (JULY) to receive the product or a refund from this horrible company! I was told through eBay that my shipment was damaged and to contact the company for a refund. I have contacted them SEVERAL times with no response!!!
