My experience with them is being amazing although we experience some complications but they were able to sort things within a few days i got my appointment and my visa has been approved. Surprisingly i opted for single entry but i got multiple entry.

Be aware that FRANCE VISA company is for fraudulent activities

They are very reliable. Was anxious about not getting enough time between my appointment and holiday plans but they got me an appointment just in time for my planned holiday. They also considered working around my schedule which was a bonus. Communication is good, although I needed to follow up on a few things but Jerry has been very responsive. Will definitely recommend!

Bad customer service. People are rude, and they keep you in a rush.

I booked an appointment on the 28/12/22 and this was in November but when December came, no email, no text, or no phone call. I called them and they were not that friendly and professional at all. They told me that my flight is still in February 2023 and they will send me the details in January. But I told them that I am not in the country for 2 weeks prior to my flight. They called me the next day saying that they got an appointment on 13/12/2022 and it is a prime time appointment slot so I need to pay 50 pounds for that and I need to pay a 69 visa fee. I told them that I can't pay for the 50 pounds. The following day, they called again and they got an open regular slot but I still need to pay 69 pounds for the visa fee. I thought that the visa fee was included in their charge of £149 but it is not. I declined this but still they booked me anyway.

My bad for not understanding that the visa fee is not included on their charge. So, if you have a lot of money to waste, then this is ok for you but if you are on a tight budget, then maybe go directly to tlscontact.com/.

Great to say I received my Schengen visa for 6months with in 6 working days .I am very happy by the service provided by the France visa services . They have guided me in all the possible ways and answered all my queries.

I usually research a lot before doing anything on internet. I booked for an express appointment via franceschengenvisa (FSV) for possible appointment the very next day as I was astonished to see that there is no appointments till 07/12/22 and I'm due to fly to disneyland, end of October 2022.

I kept calling them for a few days. I was promised Monday or Tuesday appointment and I paid them on Wednesday. I went thro' the real bad reviews of FSV and was even planning to complain to Paypal or advertisement standards et al.

I got the appointment on Monday 10:30 at TLScontact and it was conveyed to me on Sunday morning via email. They do fray your nerves and if it's ultra urgent they can't do it, I think.

The way it works is - the cancellations of appointment slots are given to these private companies linked to TLScontact, who pass it to their clients!!

I should say that the customer service lady was the most patient soul I had ever spoken to!. Bless her!!

In the end, I did gain from this service even though it did cost me a bit!
