Nothing but Sham and a Con
Freeads Pets
What a complete sham/Con of a online company.
Paid to become a V.I.P Member so when messaging buyers back everything would be smooth and trouble free and I get buyers then telling me that they were FORCED by Freeads to pay to continue messaging me back ???? How does that work ?????
Secondly impossible to upload any videos (which was included in my V.I.P Membership) no matter what format I used, and even a simple 10 second 1080p video loaded up it then completely vanished !!!!
Do yourselves a very big favour and just sell your pets on Gumtree, its also a pound cheaper (£6.99) than Freeads £7.99 and with Gumtree I noticed that the amount of interest from buyers was 50x more and had interest every single day without fail, so this clearly shows that Freeads are making your ad invisible at times because you might get the odd day when you have 20 ppl + in a row interested then a whole week or 2 with absolutely nothing (to me this feels like the scam/con of the century)
**A message to Freeads response back team:
Do NOT REPLY BACK with your feeble excuses to make yourselves look innocent it does not wash with me/us
I've read your reply excuses on other reviews and after experiencing this full hand myself, these other 1 star reviews that were left were 100% correct - you are nothing but scammers

Thank you for your review. Given the seriousness of the allegations being made, we feel it is important to correct several points for anyone reading this.
Freeads Pets provides free pet advertising. VIP is an entirely optional service and is not required to place an advert. Buyers are not universally “forced” to purchase VIP to communicate with advertisers; our messaging system can be used without VIP, while newer adverts may provide priority contact to VIP members. This helps advertisers prioritise enquiries from committed prospective owners.
VIP also provides additional benefits, including telephone number access where available. Video advertising is available on eligible upgraded adverts, and if a member experiences a technical problem uploading a video, our support team is available via live chat and email to investigate it.
We must also reject the suggestion that Freeads Pets deliberately makes adverts “invisible” because the number of enquiries varies from one day or week to another. Response levels naturally fluctuate according to factors such as the type of pet, location, demand, advert quality, competition and how recently an advert appears within the listings. A variation in enquiries is not evidence that an advert has been deliberately hidden.
Most importantly, despite the very serious accusations made here, we have not been provided with sufficient information that would allow us to substantiate the claims being made. We will always investigate a genuine complaint when the necessary account and advert details are supplied.
You are, of course, entitled to prefer another website. However, describing Freeads Pets as a “scam” or “con” does not make it so, and the allegations presented in this review are not supported by the information provided.

Horrendous site and money grabbers
UPDATE and message back to Freeads reply
Freeads, if the allegations that I've written are what you say are untrue, then WHY am I experiencing them full hand, along with evidence that this is happening by the replies back from buyers (that some even had to start another chat to tell me) telling ME that you've told them to pay before they can proceed with the conversion.
Again you have lied in this statement made back to me to this review, to make yourselves look legit in the eyes of others which in hindsight proves that you as a company of Freeads are nothing more that scammers, that are clearly and knowingly ripping ppl off !!
You've asked me to provide evidence via a form, but I'm taking this to the next level to just a form so you will hear back this way very soon.
Horrendous site
Nothing free about freeads, all they want is money from you and when you pay, they want EVEN MORE MONEY FROM YOU , AGAIN AND AGAIN.
They also stop buyers buying from you despite that you've already paid their extortionate fees by letting the buyer send you a few messages first and then Freeads then send a message to the buyer stating for them (the buyer) to continue sending messages to you (the seller that's already paid freeads extortionate fees) to also pay them to continue to message the buyer back ... if this isn't a scam then I like to know what is ???????
NOTHING BUT A SCAM......
GO TO GUMTREE(yes you have to pay £6) or any other selling site to sell your pet because at least you'll only have to pay just the once (and the buyer does NOT have to pay a penny) and they DO NOT SCAM YOU AND THE BUYER after like Freeads are doing (which I'm sure is not only illegal but immortal)
