Multiple dead adverts with unread…
Multiple dead adverts with unread messages, lots of bogus or dead numbers, scammers paradise with the company clearly not caring as long as it cons £8 per person for bullshit telephone numbers. 6 out of 7 of the ads I've contacted have been duff! Additionally they blatantly advertise their pet deposit scheme/scam as free to VIP members, yet go in to the last of the small print and voila a non refundable 9% taken even if your champion pet turns out to be a pig in a poke 🐷 Thieves used to be locked up

Thank you for your feedback. We take allegations of this nature seriously and asked you to provide account information so that we could investigate the adverts, telephone numbers and PetSafe activity described in your review. Unfortunately, no information was provided, so we have been unable to verify these claims.
For clarity, VIP is entirely optional and members are under no obligation to purchase it. PetSafe is free for breeders to accept deposits and free for VIP members to use when paying deposits. This is clearly set out within our PetSafe terms.
We remain happy to investigate your experience if you provide the account and advert details requested.
Without those details, however, we cannot verify the serious allegations made in this review.
