Easy to use web site , great coverage and listed with area etc so potential buyers can see where products are. Good messaging system so seems to deter scamming people.

A successful rehoming
I found it easy to advertise my pup on the site, I was inundated with enquiries. I have used the site many times and almost every time it's been successful, it's a nice option to advertise free or pay for better and higher listing.

My wife went on to Freeads Pets to look…
My wife went on to Freeads Pets to look for another dog. She found one and went to message the owner. It the required signing up to the VIP 7.99 service to do so. She did,we messaged the owners who replied right up to the part when we asked for an address to go see the dog. Then it went totally dark…subsequently we found THE SAME DOG on another site for way more. On looking at both ads it was clear the one on Freeads was a cloned account offering the dogs for way less. My Wife then contacted Freeads about this and requested a refund. The reply she got was basically a lie…
This company is disingenuous at best
And now are just ignoring any emails we send, including one with a video showing you HAVE to pay to message.
Would avoid at all costs..

Thank you for your review. We have reviewed this matter and can confirm that your wife’s VIP payment was refunded in full and that our support team responded to the emails received.
We also investigated the advert concerns raised at the time. We therefore do not agree with the suggestion that Freeads Pets ignored your correspondence or refused to assist.
As this matter was already resolved, we consider the issue closed.

I am very dissatisfied with the Freeads…
I am very dissatisfied with the Freeads website and their service. I paid a £299.75 deposit, but the seller received only £275. I sent three emails asking where the missing £24 went, but I have not received a reply to any of them.
They also blocked my communication with the seller and forced me to purchase a VIP membership for £8, even though I do not buy puppies every day.
I am extremely disappointed with this website and its customer service. In my opinion, this is unfair treatment of customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this website.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve reviewed your concerns and would like to clarify the deposit amount.
The difference relates to the processing fee applied to your PetSafe deposit payment. This fee was clearly shown on the payment screen before the payment was confirmed, and information about PetSafe fees is also available in our Help Centre.
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience and appreciate you raising your concerns with us.

What a scam
What a scam. I was looking for a dog and when I wanted to message I could only do so if I paid £7.99. I reluctantly paid and messaged the seller, only to find out it was a fake advert, I emailed freeads to ask for a refund because I paid the money in good faith and they don’t even check the adverts are genuine, makes me think they are just out to make money from innocent buyers.
