Helpful professional service from start to finish, they took the time to listen and understand my situation would definitely recommend to anyone who requires help

I started an IVA with Fresh Start Insolvency and could not have asked for a better company to work with. They were easy to talk to, made sure every creditor was included, and even added one I had forgotten after the arrangement had already started.
Over the years, whenever I struggled to make a payment, they were supportive and practical. They helped by moving the payment date or spreading the amount across other months — for example, I paid an extra £20 for five months to catch up.
They were easy to contact through the portal, and any time I had an issue they always got back to me quickly. Now that I have completed my IVA, I would definitely recommend Fresh Start Insolvency, as an insolvency company you can work with easily to get through your financial problems. I hope I never find myself in that situation again, but if I did, they are a company I would trust to work with.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Very informative, patient, well spoken and understanding, truly a pleasure to talk to.
The company itself has also been very patient with me, I am very grateful for this as it feels like I am able to call them up and explain situations without it seaming like all they are after is my money.
I am aware I hold no influence but I do believe Jordan should be put through for a pay rise for presenting the company so professionally, or failing that give him an opportunity to climb the ranks within your company ( if not already offered) something tells me you will not regret it.
