Mixed experience, when discussing the possible lease of vehicles, the sales person (James) was helpful, but also persistent, chased a lot when asked not too. After the lease was agreed, it went the opposite way, questions I had got ignored by the same sales person, and promises not delivered. There was also an issue over delivery dates, however when one of the Managers (Rob) got involved, things got resolved. Rob was very good, explained the delays in detail rather than the very brief excuse from James 24 hours before delivery was expected. We were going to cancel this order, if it was not for the way Rob handled things. Since then I cannot fault them at all, with the delivery, and follow up service since, so thank you.

Great service both from the “sales” point of view and the admin support along the way. Fast replies to queries too. Would deal again.

Very helpful and slick process, only downside is that they can't do GAP insurance.
