Worst company ever!! Avoid
Worst company ever!!! Avoid at all costs!! You have to jump through hoops to get credit agreed even with a perfect credit score then they tell you they have the car you want available and right at the last minute change the colour or the spec and then blame the lender lex. Stick to another company i did and managed to get the car cheaper

Good Afternoon, we have discussed on email but I feel is important in light of the above review to re-iterate a few points as we take our reviews very seriously, as I am sure do the people who read them and then choose to deal with us because of the very high level of reviews we have.
Although I understand your frustrations the review above is unfounded.
We offered you a very competitive deal on a car, as you were clearly aware of at the time there was only a very limited number of cars available. We are only able to secure a car for a customer once they have passed the credit approval process, unfortunately by the time this had occurred for yourself there were no cars left. As mentioned frustrating but out of our control.
The reason we declined to explore helping you any further was due to the content of some of your emails, I decided that we were not prepared as a company to tolerate the threats and accusations you made. They were unfounded, slanderous and borderline illegal. As a manager here I am simply not willing to let any member of staff have to deal with that type of communication whether on the phone or email.
It is also worth mentioning you advised us that you had choose to deal with us and not one of competitors because of the great service you had received from us.
