Federal Motorcycle Transport Reviews

Mary Wiker was superb. Everything was handled well and I'd happily use the service again.

A good experience with little drama. Only possible area of improvement would be to close up the delivery window a bit-monitoring your phone for three days can cramp your vacation style.

Great experience with shipper, everything went smoothly .Looking forward to doing future business. Thanks Judy!

Received several different Motorcycle deliveries from Federal- all have gone smoothly-friendly and on time!!!
Highly recommend for transport needs!

A+ service
Prompt, courteous and in-touch every step of the way

The truck that delivered my bike was not a 53’ rig was a delivery box truck, the pallet it was hook down to was in poor condition and was in the delivery truck had it at the back but had other large boxes around it bike. Bit of a struggle to remove it from the pallet being placed in the truck. A bit scary watching them remove it

Easy and straightforward people. Patient with questions and frequent updates when progress mattered. Would use again.

I was always notified about bikes location.
Bike arrived no damage with two gentlemen to offload in front of my house/driveway.

Delivered on cost, on schedule and bike was supported and well cared for.

Scheduling was easy and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to arrive for pickup. The motorcycle was delivered on time and without any problems or damage. What more could one ask for? I'm a satisfied customer.

Great experience. Very prompt and excellent service

Best shipping company out there! Got my bikes sooner than expected with no problems.

Absolutely the best. After getting the runaround for 6 weeks from Wolverine, I called Federal. My motorcycle was picked up in 2 days and delivered 12 days later.

bike was on time. have sent friends to use service

Great price easy to book. Arrived on time and in great shape. Good people to work with. Will use again if we ever have the neef

Great service, they were polite and timely.

I recently shipped two bikes from Atlanta to Billings, MT and then from Tacoma back to Atlanta. This was my second time shipping bikes across country and my first time with Fun Transport.

I had a great experience with Fun Transport - everyone one I encountered was very friendly and helpful - the whole process was flawless. Two people that really went above and beyond my expectations were Judy G who prepared the shipping quotes and the gentleman in Billings (didn't catch his name) who helped us get our bikes started - he even lent us a gas can and drove us to a station to get gas (something was wrong with the petcocks in the after-market tanks).

My compliments to all involved - I'll definitely use Fun Transport again.

This is consistently the best company. have had very good luck with them with minimal incidents. It should be noted that they contract with affiliated carriers and it isn't their truck that ships your motorcycle.

Very helpful and easy to deal with!! Not much paper work thank God. Very satisfied thks.
