This is totally a very bad site to rent furnitures.The will aquire all your personal documents which is more than a KYC .Will charge the amount then hackle you step by step with the verification and other processes.Their Telecallers are extremely unprofessional and rude.

Issue Resolved with Support After Escalation
I initially faced challenges with my Unlimited subscription, mainly around product quality, availability, and clarity during the swap process. The experience was annoying at the start due to delays and communication gaps.
After escalation, the Furlenco senior team reviewed the issue with full responsibility and carefully and resolved it by providing the sofa as requested. I appreciate the effort taken to address the concern and bring the matter to closure.
This resolution has helped restore confidence. Going forward, improved upfront communication on plan changes, clearer swap commitments, and faster senior-level intervention would greatly enhance the customer experience.

Biggest fraud company and company full…
Biggest fraud company and company full of goons. They will make your payments disappear, send you incomplete account statements and then harrase you for more payment daily. No matter who ever you call in customer support they will never fix your account and keep threatening you with collection calls.
They will not update accounts and will tell you it is what it is.
They will send you broken furniture and not replace it and still keep charging you rent for months.
Biggest scam company in India. We all posting bad reviews should file cases against them in consumer court. This company should be shut down.

My order was canceled by Furlenco due to their internal criteria (Ticket No: 766267242161). I was informed via email that the refund would be processed within 5–7 days, but I still haven’t received the refund.
This delay is disappointing and inconvenient. Customer communication is polite, but the refund process is slow and unreliable. I hope Furlenco resolves this quickly and improves their refund timelines.

Faulty washing machine
I have ordered washing machine, it was nearly 8-10 years old machine I received, there was water leakage outside and inside the machine, raised complaint in furnlenco, after 3 months the service person from the manufacturer came and said motherboard and valve need to be replaced which was costly than the washing machine. Don't even visit furnlenco. I have paid one month amount but not even used twice the product. Still I am having superior quality product in my home at luxurious corner.

Out of frustration and a lot of energy drain out I'm writing this here to make sure people don't go for FURLENCO(BANGALORE). My return was on 11th June 2025. I got a call from some number which was marked as a SPAM in TRUECALLER for the pickup confirmation, I missed to answer the call. On the same day I wrote a mail to FURLENCO CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT mentioning the below
"Hi Nishanth,
I want to return my items for which the rent tenure is over. I guess, I missed to answer the call as it got moved to spam! And the return dates are just moving ahead automatically. I would like to return the below items as I have raised the request through the app already. Please take the items tomorrow itself.i.e, 12 jun 25. Im afraid, Furlenco might charge me for this later! Hence this request.
1. Microwave Owen
2. TV
3. L shape sofa
Im unable to update the dates through my application. Hence requesting you to take the items as soon as possible!

Have been following up with the customer care for the past 3 months as they have charged me 2600/- as a fine for delayed return. Everytime I call them, they say there is a network glitch in their system and they were not able to pull the details of my request. I'm tired of talking to them as there are no response from their side. As I write this review, I'm still on call with them and the person has put me on hold saying there is some network issue from their side and is taking time to get my details.
Requesting people to reach out to me so that I can go to the consumer court and sue them!
