Pathetic Service!!
I bought a refurbished chair on 25th June 2024 and received it on 2nd July 2024, same day raised the request that condition of the chair which was shown and promised in the shop has not been valued even for 10%. The chair I receive have no cushion, rusted screws and 2 cracks on the chair body, chair makes cricking sound and even the even the handle which adjust the height doesn’t work.
I even shared the pics and video over email they requested.
At least I have called 20 times to their customer support team (to connect with them it takes min of 15 mins, frustrating!!) and after all this all you get to hear is that the person will raise the ticket and they are not the person to give resolution or even forward to call so some senior)
Not of one I have received a update from their end either via email or call that what is the update on the raised ticket. Be t0 1 day, 5 days, 10days or 15 days I only have call them and ask for update, and the same story will repeat that they have raised the ticket to the concerned team.
After 20 times of follow-up with them FINALLYYYYY on 25 July 2024 a person came for verification of the chair and confirmed that the condition the chair is super bad, hence he has updated the concerned team to replace it with new one.
NOWWWWW……3 times I have followed up the verification guy, he says he has already updated team and he don’t know why they are not taking action, and again ask me to get in touch with customer care.
NOWWW TODAY 06/08/2024, When I am trying reach out to customer care it is saying the number is busy continuously (I called at least for 20 times) And same goes for the chat support team (Notification- no team member is available right now to chat)
This review is the last attempt from my side that they take the needed action or else I will have to raise complaint to consumer court !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FURLENCO - A NEVER ENDING PAIN
Furlenco offers economical and assured quality for rental of furniture and home appliances. Based on my recent business transaction , I list hereunder the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out a rental transaction with Furlenco.
ADVANTAGE : 1) The only advantage is Economical and competitive pricing under the UNLMTD category for rentals.
DISADVANTAGES : 1) The Furlenco Web Browser is not supportive for processing your order when placing an order under the UNLMTD category. Based on the insist of the Marketing team, compelled to download the Furlenco App and place the order under the UNLMTD category.
2) Zero coordination between the Marketing, Customer Support and Warehouse teams at Furlenco which has resulted in my order not being fulfilled 100% even 10 days since payment for rental was made in advance.
3) Unreachable customer support and marketing team at Furlenco who can provide an update on the delivery status.
4) Unprofessional attitude of the Furlenco marketing team.
5) Team deputed for partial delivery could not set up the appliances properly.
RECOMMENDATION : Seek other reliable options in the market for rentals of furniture and appliances.
I ordered 1 queen size bed for 1 month…
I ordered 1 queen size bed for 1 month today but after KYC they cancelled my order . Before KYC they charged 1308 for that bed . But after taking money how they cancelled my order .
Then after I want company's customer care number from website that number showing switched off . What can I do after that I really can't understand how the can fool people's by doing this . They don't have customer care number where customer can call . Really worst service I have seen this .

TLDR; Furlenco is a scam company with attractive furniture options to reel you in. Once you do that you have fallen for the trap and you will have to deal with the worst customer service known to man. Steer clear as far as possible.
Long version: If you are planning to rent from Furlenco and haven’t yet done it- DONT!!!
I ordered a package from their UNLTD section. The products were delivered but had multiple issues. The centre table had a huge crack down the centre. The shoe cabinet and bench were not fully assembled. The side table had screws missing and had to be taken back.
I thought it’s alright everyone’s human they make mistakes. I wrote them an email and they assured me they would rectify this in 24hours. Fast forward to a month after- I am still waiting for assembly of the products I received and the side table ordered has still not arrived.
The app does not work at all so I never got a response on that. I called the customer care number multiple times and they tell you to hold and give you a made up wait time and after 40mins of being on hold they drop your call. I have never spoken to a customer support person when I have tried to call. So I sent email after email initially with no response. Then finally got a reply and then I was hopeful. Said my issue would be resolved in 48hours. They made a delivery in 48 hours but sent the wrong product. I contacted them once again telling them they sent me a bench instead of the missing side table from my order. They apologised and said they would send the correct one. 4days later again they send me a bench. I’m still waiting for my side table. It has now been a month and a half. I am now paying for products I have never received.

I ordered table and chair, when i saw it i immediately said i do not want it the person said no we do not do that.

Extremely Disappointed with Furlenco's Poor Customer Service
I am utterly dismayed and disappointed with the abysmal customer service provided by Furlenco. It pains me to say that what started as an exciting venture into renting furniture has turned into a nightmare of frustration and anger.
On 29th January 2024, I made the decision to rent a 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa from Furlenco for a duration of 6 months. Little did I know that this seemingly straightforward transaction would lead to weeks of unresolved issues and exasperation.
Mid-March 2024 marked the beginning of my ordeal when I noticed that part of the stitches on the fabric of the 2 seater sofa had come undone. I promptly lodged a complaint using their app on 20th March, hoping for a swift resolution to the problem. However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations.
Despite sending multiple reminders and raising a total of three complaints, including the one lodged today, the response from Furlenco has been nothing short of infuriating. They have provided no means of direct communication, no customer care hotline to address urgent concerns. Instead, they have relegated customers to a soulless chat function within their app, where automated responses are the norm.
Each time I raise a complaint, I am assigned a ticket number (such as 711700567305), which seems to vanish into the abyss of their inefficiency. It's as though my grievances are being swallowed by a black hole of apathy and disregard.
As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. Yet, Furlenco has failed miserably to meet even the most basic standards of customer care. Their lack of accountability and responsiveness is not only frustrating but also deeply concerning.
In conclusion, I would caution anyone considering Furlenco for their furniture rental needs to think twice. The convenience they promise is overshadowed by the sheer incompetence of their customer service team. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a hassle-free experience.

Worst customer service experience
I have been their customer since the past ten years or so, renting furniture from them on and off.
I have been there UNLMTD customer since two years now.
I have to say they have the worst ever customer service that I have ever experienced.
The customer agents are bad at understanding the issue, and very poor in providing any sort of resolution.
In all honesty dealing with their customer service has given me extreme anxiety.
I am waiting for the day when I'll be able to afford my own furniture and get rid of them for good.

These are fraud people first I ordered a combo product of fridge & washing machine , and a single product water purifier. So when I purchased it was on stock but when the time for delivery happen my fridge was missing when I contacted customer care to be honest there customer service is the worst they will not answer call nor response you back via mail , after much trail I finally manage to called the customer e care & they informed me that they will deliver my order the water purifier which I can used it on the same day of installation how ever for the washing machine until my fridge will get restock I will not be able to use it now that’s a ridiculous scam.when I asked when will it get replaced I was informed that it will be replaced after 10 days now one can see how they make their customer a fool , first place if it was out of stock they should have never showed it in the cart that it was available horrible company I pray one day they will be doomed & I am going to take legal actions if they don’t take necessary action to this issue

Would have given a zero if possible. They have the worst customer care service. They think everyone is sitting idle at home that they'll call half an hour before arrival. They can't give you a specific date time. They had sent a water purifier and it was faulty. Now they've to take it back, redeliver and assign a technician which is going to take ages. And no specific date time can be given by them. So I'll take off everyday and wait for these guys. Most unprofessional wouldn't recommend at all.

I took a table and chair from this company thinking about giving a try to this young startup.. this turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life.. first, the quality was not good.. second, the chair table arrived late.. but the horror starts now.. i tried to return the chair table but the company did not pick it for many many months.. i kept calling and requesting them but they never picked.. they kept charging me the money and kept delaying the pick up.. i used to get threat calls from people to pay the money but their pick up person used to never come.. They did a survey twice but never picked the furniture. The pickup guy kept giving me time but never arrived.. total waste of time and money.. my advice is to stay away from such a company

Customer Care is non existent
Customer Care is non existent. They have no contact number listed anywhere. You cannot contact them when you want. Only they will contact when they want. You see they are GODS and we customers are beggars. You get automated calls which you accept or reject. No timings. You have to take leave. You cannot request early morning or late evening or weekend delivery. You actually cannot request anything. For everything download app. Now the beautiful part. I made subscription renewal over the App, but keep on getting reminders after expiry to make payment. Today got a call from a person that they have not received my payment. When I said, I have already paid, he said share proof. When I said, the App already reflects the payment status and new subscription end date, he refused to acknowledge and again asked to share the details. When for everything they direct you to the App and then there is no link of App and the payments, wow... what can I say. On top of that the guy was also rude which made me really mad. This is a big fraud company.

Not able to reach customer support. Had a payment issue and the team took one month to respond and still not able to reaolve the issue. Dropped an email to the founder but all in vain.
Bought a used bed
Bought a used bed, it came with a big paint mark on it. We returned it at the time of delivery, which is in line with their policy. They took it back, but I haven't received the refund since a month. I've called them atleast 10 times, they always say they've cancelled now and should get refund in 3-4 days. I even went to their showroom and pushed the reps to move things forward. The app still shows the order is delivered. Thinking about going to consumer court. Not sure how a big company like this is allowed to scam people. I've heard renting is even worse. Please don't buy/rent anything from here.

It is a scam clearly. I mad a pre paid payment and then didn’t get anything at all. They are two thugs. So I would advise others not to waste their time and money with them .
Furlenco is good at eating up their customer's money
I rented furniture worth INR 50,000, and trust me, despite the fact that the Furlenco support team, who are at least for customer service, chose to put blinds on and not listen to my plea. They have given me a torn sofa. Upon query, they are stubborn by saying, "It's a minor tear; henceforth, we won't be refunding your money, giving you a concession, or replacing the item." Basically, as a customer, you're now helpless, vulnerable and guilty of trusting Furlenco.
I would like to mention some of the names of the customer representatives who were incompetent and reckless enough to provide me with a viable solution. My ticket number is 698914248527
Bipul Paul, Amreen Fathima, and Santosh they came up with a lame excuse that it was a minor tear, and I have to bear with it. I am raising this to Indian public grievance portal. Companies as such Furlenco get away with it and I will try my best to atleast spread the word and make people aware of their misdeeds.
