Great experience. The staff were very helpful and patient with us especially Izabela. She spent well over an hour with us advising us on the best mattresses and accessories. The buying experience itself was very smooth and efficient. The delivery was 4 weeks ahead of schedule and was managed very well. They have a wide selection of high quality products at various price points. Highly recommended.

Completely disgraceful customer service ,we bought a sofa which has only 3 months, we have purchased the insurance and we have reported that the sofa has a problem on one side and there is a clank, they send this superficial technicians paid by them obviously,even if they say otherwise. Anyway once the tech arrived we told him that we don't spend much time sitting on the sofa and he wrote on his report exactly the opposite that the reason why has becoming soft because we spend more time sitting on the left side firstly after 3 months is already soft?, i had a sofa that costs three time less than this and never had any problems ,secondly what he wrote is absolutely false as we have already mentioned that we don't use the sofa much and we use both of sides with the same frequency. .in addition to that he also made up a story saying that the clank noise is just a noise of spring,why the right has no noise and the left has? So as customers satisfactory we asked to replace it and they refused. Don't buy stuff from this company, although the resolution is not finished here.

The staff are friendly and helpful and not too pushy.

From the moment we walked in the store we felt as though we could look around at our leisure and once the parents 86 and 85 had made their choice the gentleman who took her order and gave dad a cup of tea was very informative polite and knowledgeable

Buyer beware buying Tempur products, we were sold a mattress with the assurance of Tempurs 100 night guarantee but that we had to have the mattress for a minimum of 60 nights(Which is Tempurs policy but only when you buy directly from them).
After 72 nights and both our back gone we returned to Furniture village to be advised that their policy is 60 nights. This was not a cheap purchase or one that we thought even likely to need to return but the policy for Furniture village seems to deliberately get you caught out. As per Tempur and Furniture village you HAVE to have the mattress for a minimum term to allow it to break in but Tempurs minimum term is Furniture Villages return by date. It was also delivered with paperwork singing the praises of the 100 night guarantee! Also took 15 weeks for delivery after being advised 7 and having to call and email and get no responses. Actually a pretty terrible company.

We needed a Sofa.....Having looked at Dfs and Ikea's products, our favorite one turned out to be at Furniture Village. Not only was it better looking and more comfortable - it was the cheapest ! The sales staff were amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable but never pushy in the slightest. The extended warranty was incredibly comprehensive and despite never going for this kind of "add on" in the past, we did go for it. Overall, we feel very lucky to have Furniture Village close to us, the sofa shopping experience was enjoyable with a massive range beautifully displayed - we are over the moon with our new Sofa - Thank you Jason and Andrew - Highly Recommended
